The service technician was professional, clearly communicated the issue with our piano as well as the work needed and cost to fix. The hammer repairs and string replacements were completed by the end of the 2nd appointment. All in all a great experience and we are glad to have them just a call or email away.
Thanks for tuning our baby grand and also for performing the life saver system pad replacement/cleaning.
Replaced broken casters on our upright piano, and the new ones are oversized and glide very well. Wow!!
Consummate professionals, excellent work replacing a broken string, and installing a humidifier-dehumidifier system and an undercover (Baldwin grand). The pitch has already stabilized after a few weeks and a squeaking sound in the case that I could not seem to get rid of has finally been resolved. Its very dry in Calgary so you should strongly consider getting the "life saver system" as it will extend your piano's life and make it more enjoyable to play.
Amazing service. After their tuning my piano is producing a delightful sound and it has also been completely cleaned.
We are very happy to have chosen Glenmore Piano Service, our piano sounds better than ever and it is also very clean inside now.
High level of skill in tuning, keytop repair is flawless and the person was very friendly. I will be recommending Glenmore Piano Service to my friends and neighbours.

First class work, really a premium experience as far as their skill level and confidence with large grands and advanced students. Will rehire in six months.

Such a wonderful piano tuning. My daughter has perfect pitch and says this is the best she's ever heard. Seamless booking process, with professional office staff that are easy to reach.
Professional, dependable and never had any issues, tuning always sounds nice. Easy to book, can pay with a debit card or credit card and they email a receipt.
They have been tuning our two church pianos for a few years now. They have been very reliable and take care let us know of any potential problems with the pianos.
Tuned our antique grand piano which had not been touched in a few years. It's going to need a 2nd tuning before its perfect again, but its much improved and I have started playing it once more. Tip--make sure you tune once a year to keep it from needing a pitch raise.
They take good care of their customers, more than one person to answer the phone and so its overall a very professional experience.
Advanced tuning skills, really excellent quality and my piano is sounding wonderful as a result of their efforts. The voicing service has really softened the tone and made my piano a pleasure to play again.
Ontime and professional, the tuning sounds great and I look forward to playing my piano again. Thanks very much!
Replaced the humidifier system which had stopped working earlier this year. Also did a perfect job with the tuning and it sounds lovely now. Clearly experienced in their profession!
