Have used Parris Guitars just once before. This time was for something a little above my comfort level, a preamp install. After discussion, turned out exactly as I wanted! Will not hesitate to use these guys again for set up of fret work. I like the action on my bass very low and they can accomplish that. Friendly crew, thanks again!
Parris Guitars has the best team of professionals that you will find in Tennessee. They have it all, fantastic electrical man that can transform your instrument from blah to FANTASTIC! Their fret work is above reproach and will make your guitar rock like never before. They have a state of art PLEK Machine that will dial in you guitar like no other shop around. They are professional, fun and a great group of individuals. You and your guitar deserve the best and PARRIS GUITARS is it. Thanks guys for the great work.
I had paris Plek my bass. As promised, it was a notable improvement. The action was as low as it could go.I had an idea on how to get it lower and took the bass back. Told them what I wanted and they said putting a shim in it would be better and far cheaper than my plan. You cant tell its been shimed.Their work was first class and because of the plek job, I can set the action as low as I want. Not cheap but, next bass I get well be visiting Paris guitars.
I have been bringing my guitars to this shop since it was in Bryan's house. It has always offered a true boutique experience. Now with the PLEK machine on site we are really just lucky to have something like this in town. Just had them set up a couple guitars for me and run them through the PLEK machine and I am thrilled with how they play after the set up.
Parris Guitars is amazing. They set up and pleked my 2013, basically unplayable, Fender American Standard Precision bass and turned it into a tone beast. The do quality Nashville level work here in good ole K-town. Old school service and quality that you don't mind paying for. Thanks Bryan!

Thank you, Scott! I’m glad you are happy with the bass. :)
Came in recently to have a Banjo looked at. Very honesty people who clearly have a passion for their work. I appreciate greatly the owners not wanting to waste my time or money and telling me upfront I would be better off getting a new instrument then repairing. The repair price was also extremely fair had I decided to. I would definitely recommend this place for repairs. They also referred me to a place to look for a new banjo , very friendly and helpful.
We recently took my son's damaged bass guitar to Parris Guitars for a repair. Mr. Parris assessed the issue quickly, gave us an honest estimate about the cost of his recommended repair, and completed the repair quickly. Mr. Parris was friendly and his knowledge and expertise was evident. I recommend him highly and will be using him for any necessary repairs in the future.
I brought a bass that needed some neck work done due to having been dropped. They evaluated the bass and gave a quote, which was very affordable. The work they did was fantastic and the setup of the bass makes playing it wonderful!
Thank you for the great work and friendly service!
