Booths Music provided levels of customer service rarely seen in today’s world. I had an issue with my retro HiFi system and was recommended Booths. I’m so grateful for that recommendation! From the moment I contacted the store I received a personalised experience, from highly knowledgeable people who went above and beyond in my opinion. Their communication, information sharing and friendliness was so impressive. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you to James, Steve and the rest of the team. 🙏🏻

Just bought a fantastic saxophone for my son from Booths. Tony is so lovely and caring and helpful. A brilliant music shop with wonderful staff. Thank you. Just wanted to add to this review. Since buying my son's saxophone I purchased a flute from Booths and yesterday my youngest son bought his first guitar from Booths. Honestly, this is the best music shop with the loveliest staff. They are so friendly and helpful and supportive. It feels like a family. Tony remembered me after over a year which was so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They care about what they do and their customers. A gem of a shop with the nicest staff. Thank you for looking after us and all you do.

I went to Booth's Music to have my guitar set up. Brilliant customer service and very good price. My guitar feels and plays better than it did brand new. Very happy with the professional service here, highly recommend this Music shop! Thank you for sorting my guitar out I'm enjoying playing it again now!

Since 1978 I have bought numerous instruments etc and used the repair service a few times plus many other sundry items. In addition to this my daughter took piano lessons when she was learning. It’s always a 10/10. There’s a reason why this is one of the longest standing independent shops in the country.

The best music tutors and classes in Bolton and its surroundings. Our boys, Oliwer and Oskar, were attending the drums and the piano lessons at Booth’s Music for long time. They loved it and were picking up the new knowledge and skills very well. Thank to Sam(drums) and Audrey(piano) their journey into the world of live music was smooth and became an exciting challenge. The whole Booth’s Team was great, helpful, informative and easy to communicate with in case of sudden arrangements or plans changes. The tutors were very kind, patient, highly skilled, professional and always supportive. Thank you for teaching our boys!!!
