Es hat echt viel Spaß gemacht! Der Guide war Mega freundlich und hat alles auf Spanisch, Englisch und Französisch erklärt.
Unterwegs haben wir ein paar mal angehalten und uns wurde etwas zu der Geschichte des Teide erzählt.
Unser Buggy hat etwas zicken gemacht aber das hat uns den Spaß nicht verdorben. Es gibt zweier und vierer Buggys.

Eux leur buggy sont nul pas de par brise alors que au volcan il fais 8 degrés et vent alors que sur l'autre groupe buggy derniere génération avec par brise et beaucoup plus puissant alors que la buggy brider le guide aller fais le chemin avec les endroit sympa sa ces cool mais au retour il fais nuit on vois pu rien mais meme la il avance pas car il fais perdre du temt pour arriver au forfait 3h alors que les autre compagnie profite de la puissance de leur buggy pour faire un peut de vitesse si vous voulais kiffer en sensation buggy et belle vue faite pas sa en truc tuc sa fait la meme et au bout de 2h30 on etait rentre a la place des 3h

Our buggies are designed to provide an open-air driving experience suited to the nature of our tours and routes. The absence of a windscreen is a feature of the vehicle design, rather than an indication that the vehicles are unsuitable for the experience. That said, we understand that mountain temperatures and windy conditions can affect personal comfort.
Regarding the route and driving pace, our tours are guided experiences, not races. The pace is determined by the group, the terrain and the need to follow the guide safely. Comparing engine power alone does not necessarily reflect the quality of the overall experience, which also includes the scenery, the route and the guided excursion.
As for the duration, our package is scheduled for three hours, although the actual duration may vary depending on operational and tour conditions. Nevertheless, we take your comment about returning after approximately two and a half hours seriously and would be happy to review the details of your particular excursion.
We are pleased that you enjoyed some of the scenic locations along the way, even though the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We respect your right to share your opinion, but we also believe it is important that prospective customers have a balanced understanding of what our tour offers.

Geweldige ervaring, ik zou deze trip bij deze mensen zeker aanbevelen
Reservamos el miércoles 7 un tour para 2 el viernes 9 de octubre para las 16:00. Pagamos la reserva y todo ok. El jueves nos envían un whatsapp cambiando la hora de recogida y hora del tour por no tener disponibilidad a las 16h, nos lo mueven para la 13:00h. Ok puede pasar y aceptamos. El mismo viernes dia del tour a las 12 de la mañana nos envían un whatsapp desde otro número distinto y volviendonos a cambiar la hora de recogida pasándola para la 13:30h, ya no lo acepto y se cancela todo. Llevo desde el viernes esperando el reembolso de la reserva por multiples cambios unilaterales. No lo recomiendo para nada y viendo algunas reseñas que tienen mienten más de lo que dicen.
Hola, Juan. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas por los cambios de horario y entendemos su descontento. En ocasiones pueden surgir cambios por motivos de disponibilidad, pero comprendemos que varios cambios en el mismo día resulten frustrantes.
En cuanto al anticipo, el reembolso se realiza siempre en un plazo de entre 5 y 7 días naturales. Gracias por compartir su experiencia; tendremos en cuenta sus comentarios.
