The office staff are welcoming and the doctor will take the time to personally call you to discuss your plan. I'm excited I went with them as I vetted several different places around waterford. Love the bow tie theme, and staff is very friendly.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bowtie! My daughter received Invisalign through them, and the results have been absolutely amazing. She finally has the beautiful smile she always wanted, and seeing her confidence grow has been priceless.
What impressed me most was how affordable and manageable they made the entire process. Their flexible payment plans helped tremendously and allowed us to give my daughter the smile she dreamed of without breaking the bank.

Dr. Jay and his team were SO nice and welcoming when I brought my daughter in for her consultation! They made her feel so much less nervous about getting and made her feel good and confident about the whole process. They went above and beyond for us! My 11 year old daughter has started Invisalign with Dr. Jay. So far everything has been great and communication has been great. Any questions I have are answered very quickly. The entire team at Bow tie has been great to work with!
The best of the best! We have been seeing Dr. Jay for about 3 years - all 3 of my kiddos have seen him. We drive nearly an hour to get to the office because it's worth the drive!
This office is amazing. They took care of my daughter while getting her phase 1 of braces. She was afraid and the staff eased her anxiety. The orthodontist is always a text away. He truly has a heart to help children. The service was affordable and this office offered a payment plan. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Bowtie was able to get us in for a consultation quickly and provided a clear treatment plan. Installation/placement of my daughter’s expander went smoothly and they made her feel so comfortable. They were also quick to respond via text on a day they were not in the office regarding a concern. Highly recommended!
