As a 24 year old, having had problems with my back for the past 5 or so years and having the “she’ll be right attitude”. I recently had to take time off work because it got to the point where i could barely get out of bed without it hurting. I recently completed a program with the spinal decompression machine at Better Health and can thoroughly recommend it. My MRI indicated I had a severe protruding disc with compacted vertebrae which was very dehabilitating. The treatment definitely helped me to get almost back to normal.

I endured eight months of a herniated (bulging) disc and the chronic pain that came with it. Anyone who has experienced this will understand how much it affects every aspect of your life. Simple things like walking the dog, doing the shopping, or standing long enough to cook become difficult, if not impossible.
After MRIs, X-rays, spinal injections, and physiotherapy, I was told by the specialist that there was a 70% chance I would need back surgery.
Thankfully, BetterHealth Osteo had just installed their new Spinal MT spinal decompression machine, and I decided to give it a try. I was hoping for a miracle and, quite frankly, that's exactly what it felt like. Within two sessions, there was a noticeable improvement in the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing.
By the sixth session, I was back doing everything I wanted to do and felt like I had my life back. I will continue with follow-up sessions to maintain my back health and stay pain-free.

I have been going to see Lorraine and the team for years now with back and hip issues from working, when I heard about the new SPINE-MTcore spinal decompression machine I jumped at it after a chat with Lorraine. 3 sessions in now and I havnt felt my back or hips for 3 weeks. After a lot of apprehension, I decided to give the spinal decompression machine a go after seeing the amazing results it achieved for my partner's dad.
The team took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect before treatment began, which really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable.
The treatment itself was surprisingly relaxing. I could have easily fallen asleep! Since completing the treatment, I've had virtually no back, neck, or shoulder pain, which are areas that normally give me ongoing discomfort. I've also noticed that I'm standing much straighter, which has made a huge difference to my overall comfort and posture.

I have been receiving Spinal Decompression Treatment using Better Health's new motorised, computer controlled machine which gently stretches the spine. Before my first treatment I was sceptical, but during the treatment it felt great and when I stood up I felt amazing and the feeling lasted for weeks. I couldn't wait to get back for my second treatment and I will continue to go. It straitened me out and made my spine feel 20 years old again.

I’d had five fantastic osteo treatments with Lorraine, which got me to the stage where I was largely pain-free after a chronic back injury. Lorraine’s work made an incredible difference in pain reduction and got me able to stand upright and move way better, and then several sessions on the spinal decompression machine with Kevin have really helped take things to another level of recovery.
After these sessions, I noticed a huge improvement in comfortable movement- I might have regained some height as well! Moving forward, I’ll be using this as part of a back maintenance program.

Lorraine and Kevin are helping improve my muscle pain due to severe scoliosis! After 2 treatments with Lorraine I was straighter and gained 3cm height! Amazing transformation.
