Thought our water heater was not working correctly. Karl came out & determined the problem was a valve. Did not charge us for his time. Was punctual and courteous.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. Very professional.
2025 Back pressure on boiler system . As always did an excellent job. Ben has been my plumber par excellence for over 35 years. Great service Ben and thank you.

I had a very positive experience from start to finish-- they were very responsive when I first contacted them to inquire about replacing my defective hot water dispenser with a new set that I purchased; they gave me a very transparent, sensible estimate (a "not to exceed" quote) without having to come to my home. They scheduled me in within two days. Their plumber Tyler came at the exact time scheduled, he was very professional, courteous, worked diligently and got the job done promptly. I'm very happy with the quality of their service especially for the price they charged me which was pleasantly below their "not to exceed" estimate (which itself was already reasonable). I especially appreciated their honesty and transparency with their pricing; I would highly recommend them!

Carl, did a great job , my project was small just replacing springs and washers in an old Delta bath tub valve the work was completed in under an hour

Nolan and Taylor from Ben's replaced my old water heater yesterday. From my first interaction with this company, everything was friendly and smooth. They were flexible on price, fast, and provided superior customer service at every level.
As an aside to other business owners, respond to your reviews (good and bad) on Google reviews. If you don't do this, you are missing an important component of showing potential and existing customers that you are responsive and care about your clients.
Obviously, Ben's does this. As a small business owner myself, this is something I really appreciate. I would definitely use Ben's again for any plumbing needs.
