Ben’s was responsive, gave me an incredibly reasonable quote before coming out, and then the team that did the work was thoughtful and replaced what was broken and needed to be replaced (a pressure reducing valve), and adjusted a hose bib that was old but still had some life in it instead of replacing it. I trust Ben’s and and they will getting all of my future business.

Mike was the person sent to fix my leaking faucet. He was knowledgeable, personable & fixed the leak by amazingly getting the cartridge needed to fix the leak within the hour. The service was impressive, but very expensive. My dentist doesn't get paid as much per hour.
