Nolan the technician did a great job of initially trying to recover the backflow valve unit. Upon discovery that a full rebuild was required he did his best to keep the costs to the minimum allowed. Nice fellow, good work.

Couldn’t retrieve the brush fell in the toilet during the first visit and charged as cleared the clog using auger. After it got clogged again within 8 days, the team offered me complimentary visit and this time was able to retrieve the toothbrush by pulling the toilet at no additional cost. The plumber even refused to take the tip mentioning it’s on them for not able to retrieve it in the first place itself.
