Nolan and Greg from Ben's Plumbing installed our new water heater and the finished work speaks for itself. The pipe connections are clean and square, the whole setup looks like it was done by people who take pride in it. Ours sits upstairs, and they kept floor protection under every step, moving their covers along with them so the bathroom tile and the hardwood were never exposed. They capped off the old gas line and walked me through how to use the leak guard before they left rather than just handing me a manual. Professional from start to finish. Would ask for these two again.

We had a leaky sink and Ben's Plumbing got us scheduled for the next day. Before the appointment, our plumber called to ask if it would be okay if he got there a little early (!). Once he arrived, he assessed the issue and made the repair in probably 30 minutes tops. And the price was good! Very satisfied, and we'll absolutely call them again.

We've called Ben's plumbing for two different issues and received a prompt response both times. The first issue was resolved. The latest remains a bit of a mystery but Nolan was highly professional, transparent about his thinking and communicated clearly. The work he performed was clean and looks great.

Excellent work! We wouldn’t use another plumbing company. Ben has been working with our family for over 30 years. They have re-plumbed our rental house boiler pipes, and the whole house’s plumbing. When we needed new plumbing for our own home, we immediately called Ben’s plumbing.

Any time I need plumbing services Ben’s is the first one I call. They are dependable, reasonably priced and always get the job done.
2026 update: Nolan and Alex did a fantastic job installing a new tankless water heater for us. They removed the old tank, did all the plumbing and gas modifications needed to accommodate the new system, and made sure it worked perfectly before they left. It was as smooth an experience as you could ask for.
