The communication was fast and easy, and there was no additional charges or price hikes for the installation of a water heater. We had additional work (changing two older valves) that was quoted on the spot that the technician helped with as well, and we appreciated their willingness to be flexible on additional work (instead of insisting on quoting that day and then coming back another day while charging a second travel/dispatch fee). The only thing that I would recommend people ask is to ask for the range of time when the technician will arrive. I believe their automated system is the one sending a reminder on the time, and it only said the technician will arrive at 8am (multiple texts said this), but the arrival time is actually a window of 1.5 hours.

Ben came to my triplex which had multiple problems - gas, water temp, drainage. Within 2 days he re- fitted water pipes, re-placed a water tub for washing machine, cleaned the sewage line, took a video of sewage line, change a valve on gas line in basement appt. All done to perfection. All debris removed. Very professional. 2025 Back pressure on boiler system . As always did an excellent job. Ben has been my plumber par excellence for over 35 years. Great service Ben and thank you.

These guys are awesome. I inherited Doug and his team when I bought my house. He installed the water heater unit in my house when it was first built. My neighbors all love and use him for our water heater. If i have a problem or need maintenance, I call and they come by within the week. When my water heater unit finally gave out, they came by pretty much the next day with a new unit and installed it within hours. I decided to call a couple of HVAC people to see if they can install my mini split and get their bids. As I was walking by my water heater, i realized that these guys also do HVAC! I called them and Doug came when he could, got his estimates to me within a week. Their bid was one of the best of all the other hvac people price wise. Once it's all set and done, we got everything ordered and scheduled soon after. I can't express how happy I am with this company for all the work they've done to my house. 100% professional, easy to reach, awesome craftsmanship.
