Sarah the vet was so supportive and my precious Hermione cat 15 today was not eating but as soon as she was in the surgery she started eating her kibble!! Sarah was kind and considerate towards Hermione, and gave a good bill of health. I am grateful that now I can visit this practice and know that my cats will be cared for adequately

My dog was sick and took her in for an emergency appt can not praise luke and the team there enough so kind prompt and efficient! We also had to take my dog to st austell regarding anal glands again what amazing staff and the vet was exceptional! We are away on holiday and I only wish they were my regular vets. Thank you so very much to you all!

My almost 16 year old minpin dog Minnie was unwell over night with D&V. Phoned first thing, seen that morning by vet Sarah Hall who was very gentle with Minnie and treated. Minnie is this morning much better already. Thank you Sarah.

Phoned Monday morning early and got an appointment for less than 2 hours later. Vet attentive and examined old dog carefully. Gave excellent advice and confirmed my thoughts. Medication prescribed. Hopefully will not have to return for further treatment.

Many thanks to Newquay and the Summercourt hospital for looking after our very poorly Agatha, rehydrating her and treating her for pancreatitis. She has now regained her appetite and is back enjoying life again.

Marlie dosent like vet visits on the best of days but I have to say the first time of visiting staff made a big fuss of him where upon he actually wagged his tail Highly recommended the team, thank you 😊

Excellent. Bear was referred to see Marco due to lameness. He was diagnosed and treated on the same day and is recovering well. The whole team were fantastic. Maria in referrals dealing with our booking and insurance company, Marco for his expertise in diagnosing and treating Bear and the nursing team for their care when Bear was recovering from his surgery.

Only came in for Buddy to have his claws clipped and he was very anxious and to be honest a total pain in the rear. The young lady that seen to him was fantastic, sorry but I can't remember her name. She was very understanding and reassuring to us and Buddy that everything would be fine and finished off with treats for Buddy that he gulped down which was surprising as he normally turns his nose up to treats from the vets. 10 out of 10 for this young lady.

Our Rottweiler was brought into the Summercourt branch after a very thorough check at the Par branch. She needed emergency surgery and we were kept informed of her progress throughout her time at the Vets. Her discharge was very detailed and I cannot fault the care and compassion both Belle and ourselves received. We are so pleased we transferred the care of our pets to Beacon VetCare. Thank you.

I cannot state highly enough about the care my dog received from Harry and his team when Keevah had to have an unexpected cesarian. Both Keevah and her puppy were looked after exceptionally well and Harry and his team were absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!
