Took my old lady as I call her a boxer called mollie moo she's 11 she loved the vet who was gentle with her as she now needs teeth out I'm worried as she's never been vets but the vet reasured me and have now booked her in for her operation next week

On Friday evening I discovered that my lurcher Denzyl had a slab fracture on a back tooth and he was quite uncomfortable. I called Beacon Vets first thing next morning and got an appointment at Summercourt. The Vet befriended him before examining him. He was given pain relief prior to having dental work at Par on Tuesday.
Denzyl was happy there and having joined the Beaconeers on arrival, there was no consultation fee and his pain relief was very reasonably priced.
Denzyl had a cracked tooth removed and had the rest of his teeth cleaned. Two bottom teeth were getting loose so they were removed as well. I'm pleased that it was all done in one visit.
He was quite happy to go in and be taken by the nurse. He wasn't in any hurry to come home as he was loving the attention from the staff. He will be checked twice over the next 10 days.
I'm happy with his treatment and the price.
First test visit with my Border Collie, Baxter. Clean, bright and large reception area. Very friendly vet. A little shocked to have a £94 bill for a blood test but it's their rules on imported dogs. Wait and see the report.
My morning appointment was cancelled as they had an emergency which I quite understand. They had an appointment the same afternoon which I accepted. The vet was really good and and understanding of my puppy’s condition. Problem solved

Friendly professional service who clearly put the needs of the pets first. We were told to expect a first rate service for the surgery of our little girl and would have no hesitation in commending them to others.

Bailey was quite poorly but the vet was very proficient in explaining everything to us and that she felt his stomach had been irritated by something. A course of antibiotics and pain relief. He is hopefully on the mend eating and drinking.

My rabbit went in for neutering, I was a bit nervous and worried but the veterinary staff were Very knowledgeable indeed and took good care of her. She came home with 3 lots of meds if needed and her protective vest, all included in the original price, so I didn't have any extra to pay.

My PattaJack Puppy was recently cared for by the very caring and professional team at Beacon VetCare Summercourt. The team were very supportive and helpful and communication was always very good letting us know how he was and what procedures were necessary. He had an operation to fix his broken back leg undertaken by the Orthopaedic surgeon Marco who talked me through the procedure with care and called afterwards to let me know how it went and to say Paddy was recovering well. We have been really impressed by the team and the practice services.
