Daniel was a true professional to work with coordinating the sale of a home for his client. We ran into a few challenges in the sale of the property and he made collaboration and communication easy to get the deal done!
They made a difficult time easier to deal with, would recommend to anyone looking to sell a house as is.
Awful experience
My experience with this company started out strong and positive. Then quickly turned into a nightmare. In the end, I missed out on more than one month of market time by agreeing to sell to BD Homebuyer, only for them to withdraw from the deal at the time they initially promised me we would close on the home. These people cannot be trusted. Do not rely on them for anything, as they will do nothing but lie and string you along for weeks, and then dissappoint you at the final moment. If I could provide a zero star review, that is exactly what I would do. These people are horrible human beings. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Horrible process and broken promises
This experience was terrible from start to finish. My parents sold their house "as is," but they didn’t get paid until BD Homebuyer sold it themselves. Meanwhile, they were forced to handle all cleaning and repairs. BD Homebuyer constantly pressured them with early-morning calls to sign new contracts, and after 3 exhausting months, my parents ended up losing around $15,000 from the original deal. To make matters worse, some sewer pipes needed replacing, and the hired plumbers left the house in shambles and old pipes scattered in the yard. Nothing was cleaned up before the sale. Everything BD Homebuyer promised turned out to be untrue. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I’ve worked with them as a Realtor listing agent as well as a buyer. Both sides were very smooth for me but it was the Seller who was the real winner with a quick hassle free sale. We’re in Nebraska we’re trust is earned not given and working with out of state companies is rare in conservative small town Nebraska. Daniel and his team made it feel like they were neighbors helping the sale!
A 10/10 experience across the board!!! Alex and his team know how to treat their clients right and they’re the only type of organization I would ever work with. If you’re in need of a quality company to help sell your home look no further!!
I was VERY skeptical at first because the offer and process seemed too good to be true. I had tons of questions for Arthur and Daniel and they were patient, professional, and walked me through every step.
BD Homebuyers handled the sale of my parents’ home from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly easy. They coordinated with the realtors, the estate sale team, and title company, and the home was sold in a matter of weeks. The best part was I didn’t even need to be there which was amazing.
Arthur, Daniel, and the BD Homebuyers team did exactly what they said they would do. They were honest, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple, professional, and trustworthy way to sell a home.

Highly recommend BD Homebuyer. They were excellent to work with and incredibly proactive from start to finish. I had some initial hesitations, but their constant communication and great follow-through made the entire transaction seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

He explained the upcoming process, clarified things for me, and respected my quirks and requests (having OCD and still living in the house, I wanted everyone who would go into my house to remove their shoes). Daniel was my point of contact for all the scheduling. He did a great job keeping me informed and working around my schedule. There was a misunderstanding about what was going to stay with the house, but it was cleared up in my favor. In the end, I only had to wait three days for my settlement payment. I highly recommend BD Homebuyers.

Arthur and Daniel were wonderful to work with. My situation was difficult and needed to be handled fast: I didn’t get the amount I was expecting or hoping for but that was not due to them but they did everything possible. They both stayed in constant communication with me (even when I would bother them on a weekend) and were such a big help handling a lot of the situation. Very professional and friendly I appreciate them!
