Horrible process and broken promises This experience was terrible from start to finish. My parents sold their house "as is," but they didn’t get paid until BD Homebuyer sold it themselves. Meanwhile, they were forced to handle all cleaning and repairs. BD Homebuyer constantly pressured them with early-morning calls to sign new contracts, and after 3 exhausting months, my parents ended up losing around $15,000 from the original deal. To make matters worse, some sewer pipes needed replacing, and the hired plumbers left the house in shambles and old pipes scattered in the yard. Nothing was cleaned up before the sale. Everything BD Homebuyer promised turned out to be untrue. I wouldn’t recommend them.
