Awful experience
My experience with this company started out strong and positive. Then quickly turned into a nightmare. In the end, I missed out on more than one month of market time by agreeing to sell to BD Homebuyer, only for them to withdraw from the deal at the time they initially promised me we would close on the home. These people cannot be trusted. Do not rely on them for anything, as they will do nothing but lie and string you along for weeks, and then dissappoint you at the final moment. If I could provide a zero star review, that is exactly what I would do. These people are horrible human beings. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
