I can’t recommend this company enough! Daniel the technician was so amazing and trustworthy and knowledgeable. He came after hours on the same day I called for my HVAC outage and was so understanding despite all of my panic and stress. He explained everything clearly to me as someone who doesn’t understand HVAC mechanics at all. I’m still kicking myself for deciding to go with my home warranty company for the repair in the end. It was more expensive and the company was not as explanatory and clear with the process. I will go with my gut from now on and only use this company in the future. Their pricing is honest and fair and most importantly, they were so understanding despite all of my stress! Thank you guys!

Technician came out, barely looked at our water heater, and immediately jumped on the phone to talk to someone about getting a new one installed. Was very fast to say it was broken and we needed a brand-new one. No real troubleshooting. Barely looked at the unit. I told him we wouldn’t be replacing it right away and he practically packed his stuff up and left as soon as I said that. Clearly out to have us buy a new one. We had someone else check it today and it is fine, just needs new parts. Absolutely doesn’t need to be replaced. The first guy seemed dishonest and just wanted to sell us a new unit. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all!!! Beware!

Fantastic all around. My AC stopped blowing cold air in the early evening on an Arizona summer night where temps were going to stay over 100 all night. I called AZ Home Services later in the evening for an emergency repair, they responded immediately, and my AC was back to doing its job perfectly inside the hour (and at a great price)! Amazing, thank you Oded!

At 11:00 pm on a Friday night, a technician from AZ Home Services Group stopped by my house to troubleshoot my AC system. It was determined that a new System was needed. I was given a fair quote for the new Trane 5 ton split system. They picked up the new units on Saturday, and we're at my house at 8:00 am Sunday morning. Everyone from the owner to the troubleshooting technician, to the installers were professional, and treated me with respect and kindness knowing how tough it is having an AC system fail late on a Friday! I am completely satisfied with the professionalism, craftsmanship, and sense of urgency displayed by everyone I dealt with at AZ Home Services Group.

$153 for looking at the unit for 1 minute! The AC repair technician was knowledgeable but only provided the $800+ expensive fan motor replacement option! He did not give information that only the wires had come disconnected causing the AC not to run! I was lucky to have an associate whom previously worked in the AC business for 15 years. The AC works fine again after we changed wire ends and reconnected!

I had a leak in my attic from the drain on my AC being clogged. Another company came out and cleared the clog but did not identify the root of the problem which resulted in water leaking into my house a couple days later. I contacted AZ Home Services Group and they were able to come out quickly, trouble shoot the issue, and correct everything properly. The technician also took the time to explain everything that was being done and why. He didn't try to sell me on New AC units even though I will need them soon or some service plan . Very professional and helpful.

Our bathroom sink valve was stuck and wouldn't shut off all the way. Called AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services of Tempe and they got someone out quick. He replaced the cartridge and now it turns smooth and stops right where it should. No more wasting water. Prices were solid too, finally found good help in tempe, az.
