Huge thanks to AZ home services group. We need the laundry valve taken care of fast because I did not want the kids around the mess. Found them on whim and they got it working such a relief.

I contacted AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services to repair the condenser fan motor on my mother's AC unit. The motor bearings were shot and the fan motor was making a loud screeching noise. Oded, from AZ Home Services Group called me and I explained the situation to him. I told him the unit was a Bosch system and he knew right away that the system was probably still under the manufacturer's warranty. This made a big difference in the repair costs and also demonstrated to me how honest Oded is as a business owner.
See, my mother subscribes to Service Experts Heating, AC & Plumbing and every month pays a fee for one of their technicians to check the systems every six months. They check the system, but don't do anything except recommend high cost, unnecessary repairs. They recommended the fan to be replaced, but never checked if the system was still under warranty. They quoted a price of almost $1,800.00 to replace the fan motor and Oded completed the repair for half that price.
Needless to say I will be canceling the monthly subscription from Service Experts Heating, AC & Plumbing.
Oded ordered the fan motor and within a few days completed the repair. The system is works great and is nice and quiet again.
Oded and his technician, Daniel were professional and very courteous to my elderly mother. Oded is honest and a man of great integrity and I will call him now on for all of my AC and plumbing needs.

Our a/c went out and was leaking all over our carpeting on a 105 degree day. Daniel promised to come over on a Friday evening within just a couple of hours. He not only was able to repair our unit, but he was able to debunk what a previous hvac tech had told us, which was that we needed to spend $15k on a new unit! Daniel said our unit is good and he found the real issue quickly. It’s been working like a dream ever since. This Arizona heat is no joke, and this company makes me feel better about being able to stay here over the summer safely. Thank you!
Had a new AC unit installed. If you hate the car dealer salesman tactics then AZ Home Services Group are the people to call. Great price and explanation of work to be done. Daniel was great and so was Oded. Will be calling these guys for any service first.

Daniel was the tech that helped us, he was very helpful and explained everything to us at our 11pm emergency call to our home. This company was the only one that we reached out to that didn't have annoying AI answering the phone call. That alone gives this company a 5 star!! Paid $150 after hour then he returned in the morning with the new part that we needed to replace for our A/C unit. Everything is back up and running smoothly.
Always great service! Their Technicians are great. Will give you option on prices. Guide you on where you can get a loan. They replaced two of my AC both works great. Clean set up, great customer service and communication.

I can’t recommend this company enough! Daniel the technician was so amazing and trustworthy and knowledgeable. He came after hours on the same day I called for my HVAC outage and was so understanding despite all of my panic and stress. He explained everything clearly to me as someone who doesn’t understand HVAC mechanics at all. I’m still kicking myself for deciding to go with my home warranty company for the repair in the end. It was more expensive and the company was not as explanatory and clear with the process. I will go with my gut from now on and only use this company in the future. Their pricing is honest and fair and most importantly, they were so understanding despite all of my stress! Thank you guys!
Technician came out, barely looked at our water heater, and immediately jumped on the phone to talk to someone about getting a new one installed. Was very fast to say it was broken and we needed a brand-new one. No real troubleshooting. Barely looked at the unit. I told him we wouldn’t be replacing it right away and he practically packed his stuff up and left as soon as I said that. Clearly out to have us buy a new one.
We had someone else check it today and it is fine, just needs new parts. Absolutely doesn’t need to be replaced. The first guy seemed dishonest and just wanted to sell us a new unit. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all!!! Beware!
Fantastic all around. My AC stopped blowing cold air in the early evening on an Arizona summer night where temps were going to stay over 100 all night. I called AZ Home Services later in the evening for an emergency repair, they responded immediately, and my AC was back to doing its job perfectly inside the hour (and at a great price)!

Great service and responsiveness from Oded and Justin. We had two A/C units installed by AZ Home Services Group three years ago, and when we had a minor issue with one unit recently, they took the time to help us quickly find the problem and fix it. Overall, great experience working with them.

These guys were lifesavers. Quick diagnostic tests, incredible service, clarity and communication through the entire process, professional and knowledgeable technicians. respectful of my property, quick and timely in the installation. Do not know what I would’ve done without them and am so glad I went with them for AC installation!!!
