Working Jon was incredibly helpful. I had significant shoulder and back pain caused by hyper mobility in my shoulder. Jon was able to help strengthen my shoulder and work my physical therapy exercises into my regular lifting routines. This has made such a huge impact on my day-to-day life. I have so much less pain. I am sleeping and lifting better. I learned so much from Jon and appreciate that he took the time to plan how I to continually implement things going forward. Thanks!

I cannot say enough positive things about Apex and the staff. My family has come to Apex several times over the years for sports related injuries and preventative training. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and truly dedicated to helping you return to an even healthier, better version of yourself than before the injury. I have to give a shout out to Jordan for helping me recover from a broken foot back in the fall. He always listened to any concerns I had about my recovery, returned my emails when I had questions and just made my PT journey a great experience. I would recommend Apex to anyone. You won’t find a better group of people dedicated to helping you be the best version of yourself anywhere.

It’s coming up on 5 years since I began coming to Apex. I first originally came for knee issues, where I eventually needed surgery on both for avascular necrosis. I worked primarily with Jon as well as a handful of other people over the years and I cannot express enough how amazing of an experience it has been. I went from being told I would never be able to play my sport, basketball, again to now going into my senior year of high school still playing the sport I love at the varsity level. None of which would simply not be possible without Jon and everyone I have worked with. I also came more recently following breaking my foot, just months before the basketball season began. I worked primarily with Dustin this time around as Jon was having a stint elsewhere. Dustin did a fantastic job of getting me back up to speed just shortly after getting off crutches and out of my boot. I went on to being able to play a month plus that season, followed by a successful spring season. I am beyond grateful for Apex, and having the privilege of building such great relationships with a handful of people, especially Jon who I continue to work with to this day. It goes without saying that I am committed to coming to Apex as long as I can. I highly recommended Apex whether for PT or just physical improvement - I give 5 stars with ZERO hesitation.

This summer I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Jordan Prunty at Apex PWR and he has helped my progress with ACL recovery tremendously. As a pro basketball player in Spain, it was very important for me to take my rehab process seriously so I can return to play next season and even after the first session with Jordan I realized I was in amazing hands to do so as he is extremely knowledgeable and one of the best out there, especially with his background as an high level athlete himself! The recovery process is not an easy one but Jordan has not only helped me physically improve but also mentally while gaining more confidence in my knee which is one of the biggest aspects of returning to sport after a surgery/injury. I would highly recommend working with Jordan and going to Apex PWR as the facilities and employees are an undeniable 10/10!

I've been working with Jordan for about 2-3 months now and I've really enjoyed my time here. The facility is really nice. The equipment is up to date and he focuses on getting you back to sport. Would definitely recommend checking this place out and booking with Jordan for sports focused physical therapy.

I’ve found APEX to be an exceptionally good place for physical therapy, rehab, and ongoing physical training. I first came to APEX with lower back pain that was really affecting my quality of life. I’d been to physical therapy for the back pain before, but the APEX therapist, Kevin Le, took a very practical and evidenced-based approach to my assessment and treatment plan. Kevin found the movements causing me pain and developed a plan that, strengthened the muscles and relieved the pain. Since that time, I’ve returned for shoulder pain, calf strains, and other injuries and weakness. Each time, Kevin gave me a doable plan that has helped me reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve strength. In addition, I also regularly use APEX’s open gym program to continue my personal workouts as they have a wide range of equipment and training tools.

Jon is an excellent DPT! He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and is a good listener. Jon’s PT plan is not cookie cutter. It’s based on my capability and adjusted as I regain strength and range of motion. I didn’t anticipate being this far along after hip replacement surgery.
