Anthony & Sylvan Pools Reviews

We had the best experience working with Beau and Zac at Anthony & Sylvan Pools! They were professional and consultative, and we felt seen and heard throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. No surprises, just excitement. Our pool was complete in just 10 weeks, and their pricing was very competitive. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Thank you for everything!

We couldn’t be happier with our new pool from Anthony & Sylvan, and two people in particular made it happen. I’d like to recognize Zachary Daniels, our Project Manager, who went above and beyond from start to finish. He responded quickly whenever we reached out and was always there when we needed him. He knew the soil conditions in our area, and his recommendations during the build gave us confidence our pool will hold up for years to come. He also made some smart last-minute changes that took the finished pool to the next level. He kept things moving, our pool was done fast with no shortcuts on quality, and his attention to detail shows everywhere. If you’re building with A&S, ask for Zachary by name. I’d also like to recognize Beau Capurro, our designer. We came in with a design in mind, and Beau helped shape it into something even better. He was easy to work with, and his ideas to lower the pergola and move the hot tub to the other side of the yard made a huge difference. We never would have thought of either one, which is exactly why you want a pro like Beau. The rest of the A&S team was amazing and helpful the whole way. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Pool closed by Charles and Kenny. Can’t thank them enough for the great job and the extra time answer a multitude of questions. Best closing/opening crew I’ve had over the past 9 seasons.

So happy with how our dream project came to life! Today, Tara R. hosted our Pool School and she could not have done a better job! She took the time to walk through each phase and answer questions before moving on. We feel ready to manage our pool! Thank you, Tara and the entire A&S Charlotte team!

I cannot even begin to describe how amazing our project manager, Greg Anthony, was for us in this entire pool building experience. He was the glue that kept the entire project together from start to finish. Not only was he transparent, but he also worked extremely hard to keep the project phases moving and remove any blockers that appeared. Greg also helped in areas that aren’t even his responsibility, especially after the build. He went above and beyond for me and my family, and I will always appreciate him for that. A true great dude.

We finally completed our pool installation. Overall the process was good. We started the build in September of 2022 and the project was completed by April 2023. The assigned Project Manager, Gregory Anthony did a great job of trying to keep things on schedule, but most importantly, he was upfront and honest about timelines and setting expectations. He kept his end of the bargain and overall met our needs as best as he could. Adding to this post. Charles and Kenny did a great job closing out our pool for the 2026 season! Thanks for a job well done!

I can’t say enough positive things! I live in the country where it is hard to get people to come out and to give me any kind of good pricing, but they gave me great pricing and just look at this Pool! Jason walked me through every single step as if I had known him forever, and I completely trusted him. The project manager, Tim, was amazing and Tara the Pool school teacher has come in super clutch multiple times- even after hours and so kind. I’m so so happy I went with them! Thank you!!!
