Yuvraaj was awesome. He was very patient with and helped me out all the way. My case was a little special and other brokers just refused to help me. AMC and Yuvraaj were extremely helpful. Give that man a raise and a paid 4 months vacation. Will definitely be doing my other insurance needs with them.

After years and years of using McPherson Insurance for our car insurance needs, I have decided to move on. I went in last Saturday to renew my car insurance and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with (I believe her name was Carrie). The most unpleasant, cold, detached person I think I have dealt with. I dealt with her two years ago when my brother gifted me his car, she was rude, cold & acted like she had better things to do. Unfortunately, 2 years later, she was exactly the same. I was there right when the store opened, and honestly, there was absolutely NO human engagement from her. She never said hello, she never made eye contact, never thanked me for stopping by - literally I could have been talking to a robot. I'm not looking for anything but simple human contact & interaction. So unfortunately ( or fortunately I guess) I will never go there again for any kind of contact.
Anil Vasan (Insurance Advisor) - great guy, polite, humble, respectful & knowledgeable. Definitely recommended for all your insurance needs.
