Called them up thinking I needed a new roof and gutters. They stopped by the same day, gave me an assessment of everything and it turns out the roof was repairable. They didn't try to pressure me into any unnecessary work. Just simply he gave me a couple of prices depending on what I decided to do. They were able to schedule the job quickly for a few days later and by the middle of the afternoon everything was done and it looks great!

I called for an estimate for a new roof. The price they quoted was way below two other estimates I received. I was also told that it would take 1-2 days to complete. Everything Alter Phase Contracting Inc promised was delivered. They gladly supplied me with their licensing and insurance information. The warranty is printed on my receipt. My entire new roof was done in one day! They left the property spotless. The owner was courteous, professional and upfront about the project from beginning to end. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. I’m loving my new roof!
