My husband and I had an annoying start to our trip. Decided to have a drink at Allora Bar. The team there were sooo lovely & turned the night around! Marlon the bartender made us a Venetian Sling & a Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary isn’t even on the menu! We just requested it and he was so sweet to go grab the ingredients! He also chatted with us and brought us bar snacks. Leo the waiter was so lovely! The bar was closing up and we were still having our drinks, the lights dimmed down and he turned them up for us as the last two customers. So smiley and friendly. I can’t recommend this Bar enough. The presentation, service & delicious drinks were fantastic! Sorry team - couldn’t upload a photo of our drinks as we dug right in! Thank you for your kind smiles & hospitality!

Came in tonight as I’m staying in the hotel. I have to be up in about 5 hours for a flight. I spent most of my time trying to get people’s attention to assist me (ordering food, wondering where food I ordered was, requesting Togo containers & requesting the bill) I thought maybe it was a one off until I sat there after getting my food packaged looking around for my server who was nowhere to be found. Either they need more people on or they need to work on anticipating needs. Not saying you need to be a mind reader but as a prior server when someone is looking around for help and sitting at a table with packaged food you’d maybe think they need the bill. Food is good, restaurant is lovely. Service needs some work.

Disappointing Afternoon Tea Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Quality We had a really unpleasant afternoon tea experience at Allora Ristorante and honestly, it was far below our expectations. We were instructed to make a reservation for 3pm, but upon arrival, we were told that they were turning around the buffet earlier. As a result, we had to wait until 3.45pm before our afternoon tea set was finally served. Even then, only the savoury items came out first. After finishing those, we had to wait for quite some time again before the sweet treats were served. The entire experience was painfully slow and poorly coordinated. By the time the desserts finally arrived, we were already quite full and had lost much of our appetite. What made the experience even more disappointing was the so-called free-flow coffee and tea. I ordered Bacha Coffee, and the first serving was perfectly fine. However, when I requested a second serving, the waiter simply topped up the coffee flask with hot plain water! The coffee colour was visibly diluted, and I was honestly shocked that this was how they handled their supposedly free-flow Bacha Coffee. Only after I questioned the waiter did they finally replace it with a fresh flask of Bacha Coffee. For a restaurant offering an afternoon tea experience, the timing, service and quality of refreshments should be basic standards. We booked a 3pm slot, so we expected the food to be ready and served in a timely manner, not to spend most of our afternoon waiting. Unfortunately, this was neither an enjoyable nor a relaxing afternoon tea experience. Very disappointing, and definitely not something we would look forward to repeating or recommending.

I'm a member of several hotels in Singapore. I would say ALLORA @T3 Changi Airport is the best. I was privileged to be served by Li Jin, Kesh, Sohel and many others. I would like congratulate the Management that you have a team of excellent staff. Of course, we enjoyed the lunch, which was exceptionally good.

Had a fantastic time at the Halloween lunch buffet! The spooky themed food was incredibly fun and delicious, and the fresh seafood spread and live stations were major highlights. What truly made the experience special was the outstanding service—the staff, especially Jonard and Sue, were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed and kept the atmosphere lively and fun. Highly recommend their themed events!

Just had the Halloween buffet at Allora and it was incredible! The food variety was fantastic, from the fresh seafood on ice to the live carving stations and creative, spooky desserts. What truly made the lunch special, though, was the service. Our waiter, Jonard, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, remained highly attentive despite the festive crowd, and brought a wonderful energy to the table. Fantastic food and a brilliant team—we will definitely be back!

This restaurant located 1 floor of the crown plaza hotel. During morning they provide breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner has some set menu includes western and Asian. Also there are widely drink selections.

Such a wonderful experience and way to spend a layover. I had an overnight and hung out at the bar by myself and Marlon and Rashid were the absolute best! They made me feel so at home and like I was hanging out with friends! Even if you’re not staying the night be sure to visit the bar and ask for Marlon or Rashid!!
