Very Happy with them. they responded through homeserve did what they could (not their fault). Tech was polite and knowledgeable. Would use them in future for any other issues that arrive. Showed up on time they even gave a gps link to track the driver which was great.

If you need a plumbing appointment right away, call All Island. Technician Santiago came out & replaced my hot water valve in my kitchen. A bit pricey but a job well done!

So happy I found and had All Island Plumbing & Cooling install my new hot water heater. The entire process was incredibly quick and painless (and that’s remarkable nowadays). Nicholas arrived to do an assessment on the afternoon of the SAME day I initially phoned their office. Joe and Steven came on the NEXT day to install the new heater and expansion tank. They treated my home with care, were clean and explained everything they did afterwards as well as gave us some solid advice. All 3 technicians arrived on time and even phoned to let me know they were on their way. All Island will be my go to company for any future issues. They are skilled professionals, helpful and were prompt and accommodating during my urgent situation with my old water heater. Their numerous and amazing reviews are valid!
