I've had a great experience at Armor Physical Therapy. Derek and Cody, along with the rest of the support team, have been fantastic to work with. They've paid close attention to my specific problem area and built a treatment plan around it, both with in-office exercises and a solid take-home routine to keep progress going between visits. I ruptured my achilles tendon back in March of 2026. I had surgery and eventually chose this Armor Physical Therapy location for my PT to restrengthen my achilles. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I alternated my time between Derek and Destiny and it was a fantastic experience working with both of them. They were thorough in their explanations of exercises and answering any questions I had. Additionally, Kayla, Nico, and Courtney were all great helps as well. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for PT locations to choose this one!

I would highly recommend Armor Physical Therapy to anyone that needs PT, they do an amazing job! I work mainly with Cody and Destiny but all of the staff is excellent and very knowledgeable, they make it enjoyable and try to make it painless as much as possible. I had rotator cuff surgery and it has been a slow recovery but I feel therapy has been very helpful. They are also really flexible with your schedule to accommodate any conflicts that may arise.

After a work injury I was recommended to Armor Physical Therapy (Portage location) for recovery. I had my initial assessment with Derek who put me through tests and explained everything from why we were doing them, and what it checks/shows him. He put a plan together and put the next few months in motion for me to get back to normalcy. I had sessions with Derek and also Cody. Both were great, making sure to explain stretches and what it would do for me, as well as make sure I felt comfortable all while pushing myself to get better. While I didn't work with any of the other therapists, they were all friendly. Interns were also very helpful during sessions when present. (Shout-out Nico and Kayla.) And the glue that holds the whole team together is Courtney at the front desk. Handling my calls and checking everything to match my schedule as much as possible. She'd call me to let me know if an opening that might work better for me. All in all, great staff and I feel so much better. Thank you all.

I've had the best experience with Lydia helping me rehab both my shoulder and achilles! She's always been great about listening to my feedback, tailoring my exercises as I progress, and making sure I understand the purpose behind each part of my treatment. We've also incorporated dry needling - which has been incredibly effective at relieving the pain & reducing the stiffness I've been dealing with. Lydia & everyone else at the clinic have been extremely friendly and easy to talk to. It's clear they all genuinely care about their patients!

I went in to SSOR needing help with strength (legs) and balance issues. Several weeks of therapy using weights, resistance and balance exercises gave me great improvement! My therapist, Conner, knew when to push me to do more. She explained everything really well, answered all my questions and made the whole experience very positive. It all resulted in more confidence so I’m back to exercising more and feeling motivated to keep it up. It’s great to feel stronger in everyday activities, like going up and down stairs. I’d recommend SSOR to anyone!

I came to Baylie and SSOR as a last resort after second, third, and fourth opinions as well as seeing another PT at a different provider that wasn’t meeting my needs as an adult athlete. I wish I could go back in time and come here first. I could not be more thrilled with the care I have received. Baylie believed in me and put a lot of thought and care into a plan that has kept me from having surgery. She even went out of her way to connect me with a specialist who provided me with solutions that others missed. I’m finally on the road to recovery thanks to Baylie. Highly, highly recommend Baylie and the whole team at SSOR.
