I worked with Lydia Pemberton over two periods of time on a shoulder issue and hip/groin issue. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable about various exercises seemingly designed to deal with my pain. There was improvement and the rest was up to me to do the exercises on my own. She provided videos which explain how to do the exercises. The front desk was very courteous and helpful in making appointments. The studio is bright and upbeat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SSOR and Lydia.
Dear Courtney and staff, I want to take this moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding care and expertise provided me during my shoulder strengthening sessions this time; just as you helped me with my knee/leg strengthening 2 years ago. Your dedication, knowledge and passion for your work truly sets you apart.
Your professional demeanor, coupled with your warm and optimistic approach and encouragement were significant in my progress. Your ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner were greatly appreciated. I especially appreciated your upbeat attitude and sense of humor which played a large part in making my treatment a pleasant experience.
I would wholeheartedly recommend you and your staff at SSOR to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thank you.

This is wonderful! Thank you so much!
Extremely unprofessional recruiting experience with Alliance Physical Therapy Partners and Corporate Recruiter Cariston Standish.
I applied for a Human Resources Assistant position, was contacted to schedule a phone screening, confirmed my availability, and provided the requested phone number through the calendar invitation.
Thursday the 21st came — no call, no cancellation, no follow-up, no communication whatsoever. Afterward, I sent a follow-up email and was completely ignored.
If a company’s HR and recruiting team cannot handle basic professional communication with candidates, it says a lot about the organization itself. Respecting people’s time is the bare minimum, especially for a company supposedly focused on professionalism and people.
Candidates are not disposable and should not be treated as if their time has no value. Completely unacceptable recruiting conduct.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the process didn’t go smoothly. It appears there was a miscommunication around the scheduled call that we weren’t able to resolve on our end. This isn’t the experience we want candidates to have. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at rachel.smith@allianceptp.com and we’d be glad to reconnect.
I came in with sciatica pain I’ve had for 5+ years and tried everything with no relief. Thank you to Jenny and the staff who are getting me on the road to recovery. I am experiencing pain relief, added strength and increased balance. The exercises she gives me to do at home are great and doable for me who has a busy schedule. I am so grateful to have found Jenny! Thank you!!!
I was in a very hopeless state of mind when I started going here but I've had a great amount of success. The staff here will make you believe in yourself and believe you can feel better. Bailey in particular. She speaks with such authority and knowledge, you can really trust her. She will push you, but never more than what you're capable of. She doesn't hold back letting you know when you've done a good job. She's very encouraging and she gets results. I leave after every appointment with a sense of accomplishment - my pain is leaving me, and my mobility is increasing. Highly recommended.
My ortho doctor suggested seeing a PT for a sore neck and shoulder. I was so lucky to find SSOR in Shawnee. Very professional and friendly staff and then there’s Kasey W. She has made this a comfortable, positive experience and for the first time in months I’m sleeping through the night. Thank you SSOR and especially Kasey! You are awesome.
