Parking - They have ample amount of parking but also offer a lot where you can purchase additional spots for the duration of your shoot. Great value, a practical and dependable space, and top-notch support from Richard. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hassle-free stage with good people behind it.

An absolutely perfect stage for filming! Centrally located, amazing knowledgeable staff and even courtesy EV charging stations! What else could you ask for? Space to park your crew? Well guess what they have that also! Five stars across the board for this place.
Filming at AKS Studios was an absolute pleasure. Brian and Richard are incredibly accommodating, and the space is versatile, clean, and thoughtfully designed for production needs. We felt supported from start to finish - from load-in to wrap. One of the best stages with ample space, parking, offices and anything you'd need. Would absolutely shoot here again!
What a great place to film!! Can’t wait until all the stages are open. So many stages to choose from that fit my budgets/ needs. And I can bring my own gear???? Unheard of in Burbank. And I get to film at a castle. Client loves that it easy to get to and so close to their offices.
Had a fantastic experience shooting here. Warehouse 1 is MASSIVE, and we were amazed at how many extra rooms were included. Came with some great surprises including an excellent V/O booth room. All the staff and people we worked with (Brian, Angie and Emily) were so pleasant and helpful. Also feel it's worth mentioning that it was very clean! And on top of that, the pricing is very reasonable. I can confidently say this is one of the best stages we've worked on, and we'll be back on the next shoot!
Just did a shoot here and had a great experience. Super accommodating staff, great support rooms, easy load-in, and production supplies on site are a nice bonus! Will definitely come back asap! Great stage all around.
We just recently shot here! It was my first time and now I'm really regretting not knowing about it sooner. Emily and Chris, the stage managers, were on top of everything from the start. They are super helpful and friendly compared to a lot of the competition. It's out of the way so there's space but still convenient to get to. Bonus tip: they have a good amount of production supplies INCLUDED so you can supplement plus it saves a huge hassle if you forget / run out of something. We actually had an additional job pile on last minute and were able to just extend our rental because we loved it so much. Will be back as soon as we can!
