Absolutely brilliant experience flying the Harvard with Aero Legends. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, really worked hard to tailor the flight to what I wanted and just provide a first class experience overall. The pilot, Phil, was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease with the flight. I still can’t quite believe I have experienced barrel rolls finally, but the icing on the cake was being allowed to take control of the aircraft in flight. I thought he’d gone mad, but Phil explained everything clearly before I took over, and made me feel completely confident with having a go. Safety was taken very seriously with plenty of time dedicated to talking through different safety elements in situ in the aircraft, and there was plenty of time given to take photos and things with the plane and pilot afterwards. I also met Charlie, the spitfire pilot, in the office afterwards and he spent time chatting to me about how the flight went. Overall, a truly memorable afternoon delivered by a group of genuinely lovely and experienced people who wanted to make sure you left feeling like you had experienced something truly special.

Purchased a Spitfire flight for my husband's significant birthday - was a fantastic experience for him and all of the family that came to watch. Was a great atmosphere watching all of the hustle and bustle of the airfield before, during and after his flight - wing walkers, sky divers and of course the legendary spitfire Elizabeth, Harvard etc. The team at Aero Legends were great - made you feel welcome and at ease. A truly once in a lifetime experience. Special thanks to Philip - pilot of the Harvard and the infamous Parky - pilot of the spitfire for giving us such a wonderful experience and memories. Truly, highly recommended.

Unbelievable!!!!! From start to finish the chaps at aero legends made me feel well looked after and comfortable with all the safety briefings and fittings. Then the flight was just incredible flying the Mach loop and A5 pass. The icing on the cake was being able to take control and actually fly the strikemaster and getting to perform a few barrel rolls and a couple of loop the loops, unbelievable. Truly a day I will never forget. Top marks all round 👌👏

Dakota Para Drop over Arnhem Commemorating the Arnhem para drop in 1944 and being in a Dakota at 750ft with the door open was incredible. We flew from North Weald to the Arnhem where over 3 days our Dakota undertook up to 7 drops a day of international parachutist using rounds chutes. We were lucky enough to hitch a ride on one drop. We were well clipped in as safety was paramount. Three pilots ran the tight schedule which culminated in a fly past over the Arnhem memorial wreath laying ceremony. All in all a very moving and once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Aero Legends. If a flight in a vintage aircraft is on your bucket list just do it.

Ross and I had the most spectacular day with your amazing pilots Parky and Richard and the team at Headcorn. We are struggling to let go of the "Spitfire Grin" having experienced a loop the loop and several victory rolls in both the Spitfire and the Havard. Also, being given the opportunity to take the controls and fly these priceless, vintage machines was well and truly beyond our expectations. What an experience of a lifetime...a dream come true! I was lucky enough to experience the 55-minute Isle of Wight flight in a Spitfire out of Compton Abbas Airfield. It was incredible! The pilot was amazing, as was the whole team. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. The video package was added to the flight, and I'm so glad because my family and friends can see the smile on my face for the entire trip. I can say I got to fly a Spitfire! The barrel rolls and loops (not compulsory, but why not?) were awesome (I'm running out of superlatives!). Like millions of people, I have "flown" home computer flight simulators since the dawn of gaming. Imagine the best simulator you can, then add all your senses being excited simultaneously and multiply the total by 100. If you can do that, then you'll start to understand just what the experience provides. Breathtaking. Exhilarating. The views across the English countryside, out to sea. It's impossible for me to overstate the day. Compton Abbas has plenty of parking and viewing for family and friends. There's a restaurant. Make a day of it because it'll be a day you'll always remember.

I flew the Mach loop with ‘Berty’ Brett on September9th. An unbelievable flight after a very professional training session on the ejector seat. Berty showed exceptional communication and training skills during the flight and made it fun. The ground support staff were not only very warm and welcoming but highly competent. This is a phenomenal experience never to be forgotten.

Spitfire experience Can't thank you guys enough for the amazing spitfire experience you gave my father in law for his 80th birthday at compton abbas airfield Outstanding service from the original booking to the actual day, which made it stress free , the staff were extremely helpful and put my father in law at ease, answering any questions that were asked by us throughout the day. As for the flight, he loved it, what an amazing experience hes waited a lifetime for, the pilot was fantastic and such a character, we heard all about the history of the plane too, and little facts thrown in by the other members throughout. Would totally recommend, we flew at compton abbas which was great as it's local to us, and we were extremely lucky with the weather, but well done to all involved Thank you for making an old man and his family very happy, something none of us will ever forget 😊

Second time flying with Aerolegends. First was flying in the Spitfire Elizabeth an emotional and truly perfect experience. Second time was in the Strikemaster 8 years later, this month. A once in a lifetime very special experience. So lucky to do it and just made it as the weather closed in. Both times I took the optional recording. Because of the nostalgia, I preferred the Spitfire. Great company offering unique experinces, I will cherish, and brag to my friends and family! Pilots are amazing, Parky and Sean!

A fantastic experience flying in the Strikemaster Jet and doing the Mach Loop in Wales, only let down slightly by the video of the experience purchased separately, which ended up being 2 separate videos from the 2 cameras, 1 of the pilots faces throughout the flight, and 1 looking out the front. When I had previously gone up in a Spitfire with Aero Legends, the videos were combined, so you had the main picture looking out the front of the plane, and a smaller video inset that showed the pilots faces, which was great. The 2 separate videos was poor, as no-one wants to watch the pilots faces for 30 minutes, and if you watch the front facing camera, you can't hear what the pilot is saying at all or see any reactions. For the extra £150, the video was really disappointing. That being said, the overall experience was amazing, and the whole team couldn't have been more friendly or professional. From the guys doing the safety briefing and kitting you out, to the ground crew who took you to the plane and also took photos on my phone, and finally to the pilots themselves (I went up with Berty) who was brilliant and made sure to let me know everything that was going on and give me a chance to take the controls. It is a full on experience, but one that won't be forgotten any time soon!

It was a awesome experience flying the Mach Loop with Aero legend. The training given at the start of the day gave me a very good understanding of the ejector seat, and felt very confident, if I had to eject, I could. The ground crew were excellent in there work around the aircraft, and a big thank you to Sam for taking some brilliant photos and video. The flight was all I thought it would be, awasome. Bertie my pilot let me take control the plane twice and we flew inverted, we pulled 4G aound the loop, amazing. Bertie also flew over our cabin in Trawsfyndd, thanks Bertie. A day I will remember fondly for a long time. Kevin
