Dr. Craven was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I've had a history of rough dental health and am diagnosed with an autoimmune, so meeting a doctor who is so willing to help and kind means the world to me. The front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant.
I had made an appointment with Dr. Craven to learn more about a root canal process. He explained the process, answered my questions and addressed my concerns sincerely and with caring. Dr. Sharma and her assistant were fantastic. She was gentle throughout the procedure and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. She also took the time to clearly explain everything before and after, which I really appreciated.

I was happy to quickly obtain an appointment. The doctor and the assistant were re-assuring and caring while also identifying the problem. While I still need further care, this experience helped alleviate my pain and my fears. I would use them again, if needed, although I hope I don’t need the specialty of endodontics again!
