I highly recommend Wade at 3 Point for roof repairs! He was quick to respond, completed the repair and was great to work with. It’s refreshing to find someone who does quality work, is reliable, and offers fair pricing. I would definitely use Wade again and recommend him to anyone needing roofing repairs!

Ryan and Wade have been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our entire exterior remodel. From our initial consultation, it felt less like a high pressure sales pitch and more like collaborating with a friend. They visited multiple times to walk through plans, address questions, and adjust details as the project evolved. When they uncovered hidden damage, as you'd expect on a 70 year old home, they were very, transparent. They focused on practical solutions rather than unnecessary upselling. We felt completely confident in their guidance every step of the way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome across our siding, windows, and gutters. The crew was fast, respectful, neat, and incredibly detail-oriented. If you’re on the fence about who to hire for your project, this entire team is fantastic. Ryan, Wade, and their team deliver exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer care.

It means a lot to hear you felt comfortable with us throughout the project. I’ll make sure the crew sees this too. Thanks again for trusting us with your home and for being so great to work with!

I had a roof leak and Ryan was able to add me to his busy schedule in 2 days. Every other company I called was atleast a week out. Got it done before the next rain storm could make things even worse. Saved me a ton of headaches

Thanks Justin! Glad I could get that roof repair taken care of before the next storm rolled through. It was pretty cool being back in my old Pottstown neighborhood, working right across the street from the house I grew up in! Really appreciate you having me out and taking the time to leave this.

Ryan and Wade fixed and added new downspouts to our gutters, and they also helped us troubleshoot some exterior, standing water issues. They were very responsive, respectful and they did great work. They were able to squeeze us in before a bunch of storms were predicted to roll in. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

When It Rains, Call 3 Point! There’s nothing quite like discovering a water stain on the ceiling above your desk! I had no idea who to call, so I turned to Google and found the great reviews for 3 Point Contracting. Those reviews were absolutely right. One of the owners got back to me right away and quickly arranged a time to come out, inspect the roof, and figure out where the water was coming from. He even texted to let me know he was on his way. Most importantly, he took his time, did a thorough inspection, and clearly explained the plan for addressing the leak. It takes a lot for me to feel comfortable trusting someone with repairs to my home, and I was truly impressed with 3 Point Contracting. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with a leak, roof repair, or siding repair.

Service was excellent! On a rainy Tuesday night, I noticed water leaking through the ceiling of the top floor of my house. I called that night, and Wade came out the very next day. He identified the source of the leak and repaired it by 2pm before any more damage could be done. Highly recommend 3-point for any roofing concerns!!
