I was able to get a technician out to my home within just a few hours of reaching out, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. I had a great experience with 360 HVAC PRO from start to finish. I reached out about installing a whole-house humidifier, sent them a few pictures, and received a quote within just a couple of hours. They scheduled me right away and showed up exactly on time. Mario did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. The installation was done in about 2 hours, and they were very professional and clean throughout the whole process. What impressed me the most is that they genuinely seem to care about earning your business, not just making a quick dollar. Whether the job is $500 or $5,000, that kind of attitude makes a difference. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs!

So, I'm not really one to follow trends, but it looks like I'm going to end up doing that. It looks like Mario (and his Company) already has a bunch of 5-star reviews and I'm just adding another one. We recently had an issue with our AC no longer giving us cold air, so I sent a couple of requests for quotes out to get service. He was the first to respond and said he could come out what felt like pretty much immediately (the next day since it was already night when I sent the request.) I suspected it was the capacitor because the condenser wasn't running, but didn't really want to make assumptions since I don't know much, if anything, about HVAC, other than it's something that happened somewhere else I lived. Anyway, long story short, he came out and he was super informative and thorough. Not only that, but he told me that it was just the capacitor and had it replaced within minutes. I told him that I really don't think our current HVAC system is strong enough for this house and I was hoping to get a quote on upgrading and he walked through all of my options. The thing I appreciated most is that he didn't try to push that on me either. I'm sure he noticed that the poor condenser was just not the right size for our house. It wasn't until I said I would like to discuss an upgrade that he gave me all of the information needed for me to make an informed decision. And when I did, he said he could have his people out the next day. The NEXT DAY! And just like he said, they came out the next day, first thing in the morning, and got our system swapped out for one more appropriate to our house. They got the job done relatively quick, without hassle, and, it was just the best experience I've had with service like this. In short, Mario and his team were amazing. He really showed commitment to honest practices, transparency, communication, and putting the customer's actual needs first. Well done, 360 HVAC PRO Heating and Cooling.

Amazing experience with a great company! They installed a new heat pump and helped us apply for a rebate through Xcel energy. I've dealt with many many HVAC companies for different homes I've owned over the years and this is the best HVAC company I've dealt with in all respects. The install was done carefully with a lot of attention to detail and no shortcuts. Communication was great and the service was prompt!

Great experience earlier this year with Mario and the team!! They were quick to get out for consultation, quick to schedule install, quick to install, and set me up with an awesome system to prepare for the hot summer to come. A couple tweaks needed to be made to the system to get it fully running and there was a snaffoo with the Xcel rebate (xcel's fault) and every time I reached out to Mario he responded within the day, if not faster, and got my issues ironed out same-day. I would definitely recommend working with this team

I had my furnace go out recently in 10 degree weather in January. I called one of the big HVAC companies and they quoted me an unbelievable price to replace the system. Thankfully I found 360 HVAC through a recommendation and called them. I cannot recommend this company enough. Mario came to check out the HVAC system and also recommended a replacement but was able to provide a much better deal. He was also more knowledgeable about the mechanics of the system and provided excellent customer service. He was proactive about everything and helped with a couple of other items in my house as a bonus. I've worked with a number of contractors at this point and he is one of the best!

I have been trying to get an HVAC cleaning for my business for over 2 months. I had 3 companies say they couldn't do it even though they advertise commercial work. Other companies wanted an arm and a leg. Today my rental homes furnace went out everyone I called that advertised 24/7 emergency couldn't come out till tomorrow, its 10 degrees out. I couldn't wait. Mario picked up right away and sent Julio down. He got to my house in 20 minutes. Not only did he troubleshoot it, he also showed me steps to take next time it happens. Other companies that couldn't even come right away wanted $600 and up. These guys charged me $89 and a free education on furnaces. Just got a quote for my business and its already half the price and the confidence to get it done. Dont waste your time with other "big name" companies. Mario/Julio are legit.
