I had a fantastic time at 1803 NYC and would gladly come back. The jazz brunch was the highlight—great food, flavorful dishes, and cocktail pitchers perfect for sharing. The live music added a lively New Orleans vibe that made the whole meal feel special. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was fun without being overwhelming. Whether it’s the shrimp Po-boy or veggie jambalaya, everything had great flavor. It’s a great spot for good food, good drinks, and good company.
I recently checked out 1803 NYC and came away with a solid, overall good impression. The space has a really lively New Orleans-inspired vibe, (although it felt a little cramped), especially with the music and decor, which makes it feel a bit different from your typical NYC spot. The food was enjoyable—nothing that completely blew me away, but definitely well-prepared and flavorful. Service was friendly, though a little inconsistent at times depending on how busy it got, I would definitely recommend having a reservation. Overall, it’s a place I’d consider going back to, especially if I’m in the mood for a fun atmosphere more than a standout meal.

A cute place for drinks and escargot. Nothing else is really worth ordering.

Stopped by recently and had a really good experience overall. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. Service was quick, and everything felt pretty smooth from start to finish.
Only small thing is it got a bit busy depending on the time, but nothing that really affected the experience. Would definitely go back.

One of the most interesting coffee establishments I have every been to in the country. Around the corner from the U.S. Stock Exchange, it is located in an historic old bank, with all the trimmings of 1920's New York. Wonderful coffee, amazing pastries, and an ambiance that could make you stop sightseeing and just spend a relaxing day inside! We simply loved it.

Honestly the worst experience,
The food was not bad but not good either, but the waitress didn’t connect with us at all, and the attention was very awful, she didn’t check on us after we ordered the main courses, and had a weird attitude that we felt we were not welcome.
Never coming back again, not recommended at all, which is a bummer.

Liliana,
We are truly sad that this was your experience. That said, I want to genuinely thank you for sharing it with us. This is not the type of service we stand for. Please rest assured that we take matters like these very seriously.
While we respect your boundary of not wanting to come back, we would love the opportunity to hear what happened on your visit to 1803 and see if there is anything that can be done to correct this for you and any other guest who allows us the privilege of hosting their evening. If you’d rather not I understand and respect that. However, if you can send a DM on Instagram and reach out, I will provide contact information so that we can connect with you and make this right.
Thank you again for taking the time to share this unfortunate event with us.

Went to sunday brunch for a friend's birthday. It was 6 of us and a toddler. Service was on top of things and took their time with us. The vibe was upbeat. There was a live band playing that got you dancing in your seat. My friend did comment, which I agree that the music was not too loud so we did not have to scream at each other to hear. The food was real good. I had the jambalaya, first time having it. My boyfriend joked they tried to dump a whole forest on top of my food 😁. I do love scallions but it was much more than I expected, so fair warning. Also the shrimp have the tails left on so be mindful when taking bitefuls and the chicken was amazing. Couldn't get pics of the other plates, because everyone started chowing down, but i heard no complaints. We ordered the steak and eggs, crawfish cake Benedict, chorizo purgatory, southern hoe cakes and cajun salmon. We had the mango Bellini and the birthday girl recommended trying the french 75 and glad we did. They were both delicious. And Im not really a gin person but the French 75 will be on my drink rotation now. The band plays while you sing happy birthday at the table and one of the band members comes to the table and sings with you. He made the mistake of giving his maracas to my friend's little son. It took awhile to get the little one to let go 😂, but the band member was sweet about it. Overall great experience.
