While I ended up with this firm as my initial selected attorney did not do litigation cases, which they never disclosed, luckily they partnered with these attorneys. Having dealt with them only half way through the entire proceedings over the last year out of the 2, the Team led by Phil Thron here were excellent and professional and gave me great correspondence and detailed explanations as to how things would go with my case and help get me settled smoothly. I advise patience when going through legal proceedings, but with the exceptional advice and experienced responses from Phil Thron especially, it was all taken care of perfectly and professionally. Please remember when dealing with experts in their profession be it a lawyer or even a doctor, many smart and experienced people are sometimes very eccentric, and customer service may not come either to them, but you’d prefer outcomes more than that at the end. At this point it's very annoying to see I have a claim but because it's not a huge payout for medical malpractice you won't take it.
I hope everyone that goes thru this realizes how to represent themselves cause these lawyers do not care

It's been a year there's no reason for me to still not be able to walk properly there was no reason for my bladder to get nicked and there had to be a corrective surgery and then I develop endo I have to go physical therapy she did not inform me of her not having insurance that's neglect and all the hospital keeps doing is apologizing had none of these problems before but your telling me I would have had to die or lost a limb well I did I lost mobility in my leg and bladder thing about it is she has no money to pay so no lawyer feels it's good enough coool
