Quick to respond to enquiry, straightforward packaging and postage with prepaid label, and certificate of destruction arrived not long after. Great service and I would use again, amazing they are able to provide this for free, and saves dead tech going to landfill.
Well organised collection and efficient turn around of destruction certificates. Would recommend.

We'll pass on your feedback to the lengend himself! Thanks so much, hopefully we'll see you again soon!
Great service for your old or unwanted tech. I wasn’t sure what to do with an old laptop and didn’t have an It recycling centre near me. I was sent a free post label and sent it off to the company who sorted it all for me and even sent me a disposal certificate including what my carbon emissions were! All offset by the company. Would highly recommend

Thanks Sophie! We're so pleased we could help.
This was so easy and they were so helpful and because I delivered rather than asked for collection it didn’t cost me anything . They then sent a follow up email and documentation. I highly recommend !! The only thing I would suggest to them is that they put signs up near the units access as sat nav took me to the back of the units and I had to drive around for a while . But a big thumbs up
Very easy to deal with. Good communication. Punctual collections.
We’re new customers but very happy so far.
Excellent experience. Used Zero Tech Waste to dispose of ~50 laptops, HDDs and other misc. WEEE. Professional from start to finish; Ollie replied to my initial enquiry very quickly with a quote, and on collection day James was on-time and the removal was very fast. Highly recommend this company for any organisations requiring regulation-compliant IT disposal!

In all the searches I made to resolve the issue of recycling some old recording studio equipment, I'm glad I found Zero Tech Waste to do the job. This is not only a customer friendly business, it is also a business that stands by its green policy/ commitments. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Thanks Paul!
I had a fantastic experience with Zero Tech Waste. Another company said the equipment wasn't enough to cover their costs and asked us for £395+VAT. But it was no problem for Zero Tech Waste, who collected the equipment the next day and provided certificates of data destruction and carbon offset. Highly recommended!
