This establishment did a great job fixing my mirrored dresser drawers that were broken. Being a normal, polite, and non confrontational person, I can confirm with other reviews that the woman at the front desk is unbelievably rude and condescending. So much so that I actually sent someone back to pick up the finished pieces for me (even though they were pre paid, just to avoid this front staff lady bothering my day). We even considered asking them to sit them outside for us to not deal with her lol. I won't return myself only because of her ignorance and inability to provide customer service. However, for now there are very little options in Huntsville for these services. Go ahead count on poor treatment from their BUSY, CONFUSED staff who can't be bothered but maybe you'll receive good work on your overall service.
Great experience today. I brought in a UNS 60L aquarium that I needed a lid for because the UNS official one was entirely too small. I worked with Anthony and Trish to talk through a two piece lid that I was going to add a hinge to (from Amazon if you're researching this same thing) and left with a great lid not even 30 minutes later. Thank you so much Anthony. Price was really reasonable and this design is far better than online acrylic options. Anthony and Trish were great, friendly people. I didn't realize how much I had missed the friendliness of a locally owned business. Everyone else there was knowledgeable, straight forward in how they dealt with other folks and friendly as well.
They even had quality control on hand to validate this was a cat-proof aquarium lid. Thank you for your help Cutter. I enjoyed hanging out with you in the floor.
With cats and fish species prone to jumping, I can tell I'll be coming back here for aquarium lids again.

I needed to replace a broken window in my sons garage. I had no idea of the type of glass I needed and I did not have any measurements, only a frame from the window. Trish and Emily offered me a seat and they took the matter into their hands. Their customer service was the best that I have received from a business in a long, long time. Allow me to add that the price I paid for the service was unbelievable. I was expecting the cost to be 10x’s the amount I was charged. Thank you Trish and Emily, your kindness made me a customer for life!

I refinished an antique vanity and needed a mirror replacement. I called on Monday and gave dimensions to which the lady stated it would be ready for pick up by Thursday; ok fine. I go in to pick it up and immediately I thought it looked too big but didn't have dimensions with me. I get it home and sure enough it's 3 inches too big! I call and the girl gives me a heavy sigh and says bring it back and someone will be able to cut it later....so let me get this straight not only could someone not do their job but now I get to pay for it! I'm 30 minutes away and you want me to make special trips twice! I don't think so! You'll never see my business again! $44 for a 15x12 mirror is ridiculous!

Update #2: True to their word, someone came back out and the experience was 10/10. I would comfortably recommend this company to anyone looking for window repair. I appreciate the owner reaching out, and will gladly use them in the future!
Update: owner called and apologized and is offering to make it right. Assuming all works out, I will update to five stars. Mistakes happen, but it is how they are handled that really matters.
Had 3 windows repaired. There were two employees (they were nice enough, so no complaints there). They didn't seem super confident in their abilities though, and even my wife caught on.
My main issue is they allowed the old glass to be pushed through from the outside...and rather than having the other person on the inside catching the glass pieces into a box or something, it was allowed to fall to the floor, where of course it shattered. This was the case with all three windows. They said not to worry, that they would clean the glass. Well this morning I sliced my foot on a piece in the basement. And the closer I looked, the more glass I started to find.
I realize that it's hard to get glass up. Which is why every measure should be taken to ensure there isn't any broken to begin with. I have children, dogs, and a cat. I'm just glad it was my foot and not one of theirs. I have a couple of other small windows in my shop I was going to get an estimate on, but now I am going to look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a timely installment of your mirror, look elsewhere. I called asking for a measurement appointment on August 19 and August 26 and August 30 and each time was told John (evidently the ONLY staff person who does measurements and installation) would call me with a date and time. Finally, on September 3, TWO weeks later, he arrived to take the 5 minutes it took to take measurements. THREE weeks later on Sept. 24, he arrived to install it. All in all, SIX WEEKS to get our mirror.
Huntsville Glass Co. needs to hire more installers, so customers don't have to go through the frustration of not being able to use their bathroom vanities for almost two months.
Very helpful and friendly even if you are only needing a small purchase. They can cut glass any size you want.

Huntsville Glass installed a new pane of glass in one of my windows backwards. I didn’t realize that the panes of window glass in double paned windows are different from the inside and the outside until someone told me when I was getting another window replaced. The tech who installed the new glass SHOULD have know this. Huntsville Glass owned up to the mistake and came to my house and reinstalled the glass correctly. I did change my review and my rating from 1 star to 3 stars but I can’t go higher because now I will never trust the integrity of that window.

Good morning. I apologize if you could please give us a call so that we can make this right.
During the install of a shower door, the technician cracked the shower wall and immediately claimed the wall was defective. Even after showing that cutting corners and installing the door wrong caused the damage, he refused to pay for repairs. I called the company to resolve this. They claimed that their employee wasn't doing the install under them despite the fact they sent him and despite no one ever saying I wasn't hiring Huntsville Glass by calling Huntsville Glass! Both the company and the technician repeatedly claimed they didn't have any responsibility for the damage and now I have a $1,200 repair bill to pay and a lawsuit to file. This company is extremely dishonest and their technicians cut corners then lie about what happened to avoid paying for repairs! I could not recommend this business less!!

What agreement they came to was completely outside of the purview of Huntsville Glass Company and has absolutely nothing to do with Huntsville Glass. He was told that Huntsville Glass Company does not install owner-furnished shower enclosures.
We are sorry that Mr. Hall has a problem. Had this been a Huntsville Glass job we would have worked with the customer to correct any problems. However, this was not our job and does not have anything to do with our company. Mr. Hall's issue is with the handyman business which we are not affiliated with.
