Roadway Customs LTD 2026.05.08

A very helpful team, We have used there services mainly for ENS requirements and an air import and they have always been fast and super reliable. A light in an industry full of dark unreliable customs businesses. Very good price wise also. Highly recommend there services

Thank you, that means a good deal coming from another customs business. ENS filings are the sort of work where speed matters most, so it is good to know we are getting that right for you. We are here whenever you need us.

Jess Skevington 2026.05.08

Absolutely amazing service! Fast, friendly & super knowledgeable. I often speak with Matt, Alfie & Will, they have supported me numerous times & have defintely helped me understand the customs process more. Would 100% recommend for customs support - thanks guys.

Thank you Jess. Matt, Alfie and Will will be pleased to see this. Helping people understand the process rather than just filing the entry is a big part of what we try to do, so it is good to hear that landed.

Matt and the team at Zelir have been my go-to for all pallet transport in the EU and domestically here in the UK. When I get asked for tender of that business I tell them not to bother as theres no reason to change, Zelir are that good. Highly recommend them, they take the thought and worry out of our logistics.

Turning down a tender on our behalf is about the strongest endorsement there is, Stephen. Thank you. We will keep the pallet work running the way you are used to.

Thank you. Out of hours cover only counts if someone actually picks up, so it is good to know it has worked for you at weekends and on bank holidays too.

Matt and the team have been fantastic since the very 1st day they helped us with our customs movements. Zelir are always on hand day or night to complete any declarations required. Declarations rarely arrive at a convenient hour, Iestyn, so being available day or night is something we plan for rather than work around. Thank you for taking the time to write this.

I’m working with Matt and Will from Zelir since almost a year now. Best customs broker I’ve ever had - they reply quickly, very professional and cheap service. I’ve been working with few different brokers in the past, but once I found these guys - I sticked with them. If you want cheap, professional, 24/7 custom services - they should be your choice. Thank you guys for being such reliable partner Ragnar Logistics Team
