I had an amazing experience working with Sarah Lock at Zachary Daniels. I met Stacey Jepson (née Higgins-Martin) in person last year at a point where I was facing a difficult career decision. I was considering voluntary redundancy and wanted a clear understanding of the market before making any moves. From the outset, Stacey was incredibly personable and made me feel more like a friend than a candidate. She offered a thoughtful mix of both professional insight and honest personal advice, which really helped me make an informed decision.
I ultimately went ahead with voluntary redundancy, and we agreed to reconnect after I’d taken some time out. Since getting back in touch recently, Stacey has gone above and beyond to support me. Even though we haven’t yet been able to focus on specific live roles, she’s been proactive in suggesting ways we can approach the search together, and we’re now actively working through that.
Stacey has also supported me in attending a networking event I was keen to join, which made a real difference. Regardless of whether she places me in my next role, her support has already proven invaluable. She strikes the perfect balance, offering encouragement when needed, but also being honest and direct in a way that keeps me motivated and grounded.
Stacey is a real asset to Zachary Daniels. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and never makes you feel like just another candidate.
