I am a first time homebuyer and honesty had no idea what I was doing or looking at but I know what I was looking for. Michael was such a big help when it came to hunting down homes and getting us in to the see homes. We managed to see I think four different houses before we found the perfect home. Michael easily answered any question I had-which was alot. At some point I got frustrated but he helped to keep my head level and calm. He didnt quit on me and was available whenever he was needed. I couldnt have done this without him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Karla was wonderful to work with. I was moving to the Clarksville area from out of state and she was able to make the process so simple. She made thoughtful recommendations about things that I didn’t think about. She did virtual showings for me on a number of properties. Then when I finally decided on one that was still in the building process, she gave me consistent updates on where they were in the build process, as well as made multiple videos for me to see the house throughout its construction. I loved that she didn’t just sit back and wait until closing, she stayed engaged with me and checked in all the time to ensure that I was happy with everything throughout the process. She got me in touch with a great lender and made the entire process stress free, which is exactly what you want when you have to move across the country so frequently!
