⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The car was delivered directly to the airport, so there was no need to wait for a shuttle or go anywhere else , incredibly easy and convenient. We received a free upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. And because it was my birthday, they even prepared several little gifts for me , such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture! ❤️ Another huge advantage is that there is no deposit, and the child car seat was provided completely free of charge! And a special mention to the people themselves, the gentleman who met us at the airport and the lady who collected the car at the end were both so genuinely nice, warm and friendly❤️! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them!🤩 The car was great, communication was easy, and the service was genuinely excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in Cyprus and can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you for making our trip even more special! ❤️

Excellent service from YourCarShire! We rented a Ford Focus for 14 days and everything went super well, from delivery to return. Payment was made in advance. The car rental did not require any deposit. If you need to go to the North, check with the rental company first. Thank you Joanna, see you soon!

Ho prenotato tutto online, puatuali all'uscita dell'aeroporto di Larnaca ci aspettava una Signora super gentile per la cinsegna, nell'auto ci hanno fatto trovare anche due bottiglie di acqua e delle patatine. Macchina perfetta pulita lavata. Lo consiglio.

Awful customer service Avoid this company. Cancelled reservation as they said I was late, even though I showed up at exact time of booking. They said they monitored the fligt and since it was over 1 hour since flight landed they automatically cancelled the reservation. Even though I was there exactly at the booking time. They did not offer to rebook. It was clear they had no interest in helping and did not like the fact I booked though a third party service. Left me stranded on Horst day of holiday with 2 kids under 6. Very rude and inconsiderate. The terms and conditions say you must be there at time of booking, doest not say that they based this on flight should you choose to provide it. Not possible to go through passport control collect bags, and walk all they way to there office -15 min away, within 1 hour during peak holiday season. Recommend to avoid and go with a legit company.

While looking for a reputable car rental service in Cyprus, I stumbled upon Yours Car Hire, and I'm so glad I did. I was shocked to see so many five star reviews but there is a good reason for it. Yours Car Hire has exceptional service. They meet you with your car at the airport parking lot, and drop off is at the airport, too. So you don't need to travel to another place. Joanna was there to greet us with a warm hug. She understood we were traveling as a family of five so she upgraded the car for us, so we'd have enough space for our luggage. That was a huge plus! She also put water in the car, which was so appreciated in the Cyprus heat. We got the Diamond coverage, which I highly recommend. It's a bit more but it truly means you are covered. You also get a second driver for free. If we go back to Cyprus we will definitely hire them again.

Staff molto cordiale, simpatico e disponibile. Alla consegna della macchina (avvenuta in maniera molto semplice) ci hanno fornito bottigliette d’acqua e degli snack. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. The car hire was perfect from beginning to end. The communication was brilliant via WhatsApp. When we got the car there was crisps and water in the car when we picked it up. We arrived late so this was great!! We did have a technical issue with the car and I contacted them and the car was changed with no issues. Both cards I received were not perfect had a few scratches and dents but as with any car rental take your own video and cross check with theirs. A brilliant service with great communication. The bonus with yours there is no deposit unlike so many other car rentals. I would always recommend the car rental company to anyone, they are professional, efficient and reliable.

Wypożyczałem auto w Yours Car Hire w Larnace w marcu i z czystym sumieniem daję 5/5. Sam proces wynajmu bezproblemowy, sprawny i bez żadnego naciągania, a samochód przygotowany idealnie. Ale największy plus i szacunek należy się za to, co stało się po oddaniu auta. Przez rozkojarzenie zostawiłem w środku zegarek. Zorientowałem się dopiero później, ale ekipa wypożyczalni sama go znalazła, skontaktowała się ze mną i bez problemu odesłała mi go do Polski. Co więcej – nie chcieli nawet pokrycia kosztów wysyłki. Pełen profesjonalizm i uczciwość, o którą dziś naprawdę trudno. Często bywam na Cyprze i mogę Wam napisać, że macie już stałego klienta bo na inne firmy już nawet nie spojrzę. Dziękuję bardzo!
