I would like to express my gratitude to Amy Foote and the Foote Team in executing the sale of our home in the Dundee area. This was not a normal sale of a house, as we had to make an abrupt decision to move at the beginning of the year and would not be able to personally take care of many small details that were required to make the sale complete. Being out of State during the sale of the house I had thought would be a very uncomfortable situation, but Amy kept us up to date on everything that was required to be done and all other details that we had to make decisions on. I can honestly say that there were days we did not even remember we had a house for sale out of State because Compass took care of everything for us. On the first day of our open house, there was an unexpected snow storm that hit the area. Amy called and suggested that we should probably have the driveway, walkway and porch cleared and salted so that perspective buyers would not have to drudge through the snow and to also provide a safe passage up to and in the house. I certainly couldn't personally take care of this, so the Foote Team gave me several contacts for local plowmen that might be able to take care of the property. Phone call were made and a contract signed in time for our open house. This is just one of the many small circumstances that came up that the Foote Team quickly and professionally took care of for us. Above and beyond, a simple phrase I believe best fits the Foote Team at Compass. Thank you again Amy! Oh yea, the House remained on the market for only a couple days in a very competitive market. Quick sale with a price we were very happy with. There is no reason to look anywhere else but Team Foote if you are looking to sell your house.

Working with the Foote Team at compass was like striking oil in your back yard for me and my wife. We bought our home in the summer of 2023, and the market was almost nonexistent. I honestly believe had we not found Amy, we would not have the home of our dreams. Amy and her team were incredibly knowledgeable in pretty much every aspect with the home purchasing possess. She even steered me away when she felt like there was a concern about one home we looked at. From that point forward my Wife and I looked at her as a family friend more than a realtor. My wife and I actually talked about being bummed out once we closed on the house that we wouldn't get to Work with Amy anymore. lol. A year later and we still get emails and texts from Amy and compass inviting us to fun family activities they have going on. were just so thankful to have met and worked with Amy and her team.

Sheila was amazing! She was very informative & efficient from the very start & all throughout the home selling price. She explained everything & is always available with any questions & suggestions. She knows how to set the right price, is amazing at staging recommendations & photography & really listens & helps guide you along the process. She sold our home quickly & made the process seamless. Of course I also wanted Sheila to help me buy a new home & she was very patient with me. She really took her time to understand my needs, likes & dislikes & made sure I really understood everything I needed during the buying process. Sheila is so helpful in coordinating everything that goes into this process, always keeping you informed. She is very knowledgeable & works very hard to make a stressful situation easy & enjoyable. I will 100% recommend Sheila & her team with all aspects of selling and buying your home.

I did a quick search on Facebook for referrals for help looking for a rental property. Many people recommended Sheila so I emailed and heard back almost immediately. There was one home I had my eye on, but was told it was already taken. Sheila jumped into action that very day and we had a showing booked with a couple days. That property was still available, she got the application ready and guided us through that process with great detail. We were approved and moved in within 2 weeks of my first email to her. We had a wonderful experience with Amy during the sale of our home. She initially presented us with a wealth of information tailored to a home seller, and followed up with a comprehensive package regarding our home specifically. She showed us all the comparable listings and explained how they would affect our sale. She gave us a realistic idea of profits based on a few different sales prices. Once we decided on our price, she listed our home. Although the sale process didn’t take very long, the closing process did and Amy was there every step of the way offering encouragement and answering all the questions we and our attorney had. We highly recommend Amy as a stellar real estate agent. She has the support of Compass who also have so much to offer. We will definitely call on her again if the need arises.

Brando Maurer will work with you to make your desires a reality. Brando Maurer is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Brando Mauer was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did! Brando Mauer’s and The Foote Team guidance and help was very much appreciated.
