We had such a great experience working with Michelle when buying our first home! She was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer our questions, and so willing to work around our crazy schedules to make everything happen. She made the entire process feel much less stressful and was always there to help guide us along the way. We really appreciated how accommodating, helpful, and easy she was to work with. We’re so grateful to have had Michelle by our side during such an exciting time and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!!!

I can’t say enough about working with Michelle! She and her crew are professional yet caring. She is all about the details. What I appreciated the most was her accessibility by phone, text or email. We were making a long distance move from FL to Crystal Lake, IL. Erin assisted with every aspect of our move, from helping us find a wonderful realtor in FL for our sale there to finding a local moving company to assist with our move. We ultimately decided on new construction In Crystal Lake and Erin was here for us every step of the way. She attended meetings with our builder, helped us find a lot, assisted with choosing inside and outside finishes, sent us construction updates and photos, and even attended our final walkthrough. The entire process went very smoothly and the timing for our move was perfect. Erin’s knowledge, patience and professionalism made our difficult move seamless! Thank you, Erin!
