We were making a long distance move from FL to Crystal Lake, IL. Erin assisted with every aspect of our move, from helping us find a wonderful realtor in FL for our sale there to finding a local moving company to assist with our move. We ultimately decided on new construction In Crystal Lake and Erin was here for us every step of the way. She attended meetings with our builder, helped us find a lot, assisted with choosing inside and outside finishes, sent us construction updates and photos, and even attended our final walkthrough. Erin was a delight to work with. Her personality is always positive and she was very accommodating when it came to working with my schedule. Erin is very knowledgeable. Mine was a Condo purchase instead of a house and Erin knew all the subtle differences with contracts, insurance and HOA fees. Erin also was very helpful when questions arose with my realtor in Wisconsin handling the sale of my house. She was always willing to make that extra call just to confirm information. We couldn’t be happier. We received offers within days of listing. We ran into some issues along the way with an offer that fell through, but Erin always stayed positive and kept us up to date on what was happening. When my husband decided we were putting our home on the market the first thing I thought of was, do we have to? And secondly, boy, how much work will this be?! After purchasing our last home from a bank back in 2008, we knew things have changed dramatically in the real estate market and we asked Erin questions throughout the entire process. When our home sold after the first viewing (a bit shocking and exciting!) she immediately lined up 15 houses for us to see and we found our perfect home shortly thereafter. Erin made writing a contract, putting in the offer, negotiating, and ultimately awaiting the great news on our new home super easy. She made sure both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home lined up on the same day, dealt with all parties, attorney’s, my mortgage broker and the title company to make sure the process was easy on us. She’s very knowledgeable, has a great personality, charismatic and always had a smile on her face. She helped us in the beginning with staging our home for the sale until the very end being physically present at the closing, following up with answers to our property tax exemption questions and was just a delight to work with. My husband and I knew she was working for and with us, gave us her honest answers and had an objective opinion throughout.
