Able to book online, and no in person quote needed prior which made it super easy. Thorough carpet clean helped remove smells & stains in old carpet. Reasonably priced for $250 for a 3 bedroom house which is heavily carpeted.

Johnny was timely, professional and honest. He came to inspect our couches first - two couches that were used as bathrooms by toilet training puppies, and advised that it wasn’t that bad. Instantly trusted his honesty as he didn’t try and upsell us straight away. We decided to get them cleaned and he offered us a next day appointment, was prompt and quick and explained what he had done and found. I actually can not wait to get my couches cleaned again! They smell amazing, feel amazing and I’m so glad we went with Johnny. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to sit on my clean couch!

Thanks Lidija, really appreciate the review. I always try to give an honest assessment before recommending anything, so I'm glad that came across. It was great to see the couches come up so well, and I'm pleased you're happy with the result. Enjoy your fresh couches, and thanks again for taking the time to leave a review. Hopefully the dogs behave themselves from now on 🙂

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I was unsure how well the floors would turn out after 8 years of dogs and humans grinding dirt and grime into the grout, but Johnny did such an incredible job, they look as good as new! Johnny was able to get to us within 4 business days and the price was very reasonable.

Mark James 2026.04.29

Just had 3 bedrooms and 2 rugs professionally cleaned and amazed at the results and how clean they look now. Had quite a few stains that had to be tackled. But now they all look brand new, stains gone and nothing but a fresh smell. Johnny was recommended by friends and his work was professional and affordable hence wanting to pass the word around. Great to support local trades who look after their customers 😊 Mark and Samantha James

Absolutely amazing service. I've moved 6 times in the last 8 years and never have I had my carpets cleaned the way Johnny cleaned them. He even managed to get stains out of a rug I've had for 15 years that no one else had been able to. Highly recommend this legend! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Johnny from Xtreme deserves all the credit he gets. We used his carpet steam cleaning service at the end of our lease term, and he couldn't have made the process easier. The results are excellent - the carpet feels fresh and revitalised and super clean. Very reasonably priced too, thanks again Johnny!
