From our first meet and greet explaining the overall homebuying steps via her presentation to being handed the keys to our new home yesterday, Jennifer and her team have proven to be top tier. Her communication is extremely fast, she ensured we understood every step along the way giving us confidence, and provided a level of customer service and professionalism that was absolutely impressive. Jennifer has been prompt with paperwork submissions, communicating with the seller, answering our questions and relaying them to the other party, anticipating our needs, and reminding us of next steps. Becuase Jennifer and her team were consistently on top of next steps the whole process was surprisingly easy for us as first time homebuyers. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer if you want someone who will go above and beyond and have your back in the real estate arena! #goteamouk We can't thank you enough Jennifer! Jen and her team have been wonderful to work with. Shes helped us buy and sell a home now and she was great on both times. Shes extremely knowledgeable in the area she serves, the buying and selling process and negotiating. She recently helped us sell our home and really went above and beyond our expectations. Jennifer took all of the work out of this for us. We started looking and closed on a house in less than a month. She made everything easy and seamless. She was very responsive when we had questions and made everything understandable. She also made sure any issues we had with residences were taken care of before we moved in.

Jennifer did a great job in selling my mother's house, quickly and for a good price. Her advice on what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale was spot on. Other realtors suggested doing some work in the kitchen and changing out some of the light fixtures. Jennifer didn't think these changes we needed and she was correct. We thankful that we didn't need to do this work. An other realtor also suggested pricing the home lower. Jennifer also managed the work of all the venders that we needed to freshen up the house (painting, floors, yard cleanup, etc). This was much appreciated because the family was a little tired from cleaning out the house, garage sales, and moving my mother. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to sell a home. Bottomline, she got the house sold quickly, for a little over asking price.

Jen is a hardworking, straightforward, courteous, and fun person - the absolute best realtor to work with, especially if you're buying your first home. She and her team are organized (Google invites for meetings and home showings; email and text confirmations) and she puts in the work. We spent every weekend for 3 months looking at homes (at least 5 homes each weekend) and Jen was always enthusiastic and excited to hear our thoughts on each house. She would send us listings and helped nudge us in a direction that matched our requirements. Her negotiation skills are unmatched! She is well connected and a pleasure to work with. We ended up buying a Tenancy-In-Common (TIC) and Jen helped us through the process. Highly recommend.

Jen is absolutely amazing! She made the whole buying process a breeze and so painless! Get you an agent that can go on vacation during your buying process, and still be able to put in offers and get it accepted while out of the country! She’s top tier when it comes to communication and literally a pro to work with! We’ve worked with a few other agents before and never has the process been this painless and easy… Jen will definitely be our go to from now on… and we can’t wait to be able to work with her again on our future properties!

Jennifer and her team were incredible to work with from start to finish on my Emeryville condo sale. Jennifer has a great eye for how to best highlight all features of a home and has the team and tools to capture that vision. The 3D walk through home, the drone pictures of the full community, the website that was put together with magazine level precision and verbiage; everything exceeded all expectations. The virtual staging was superb and I almost didn’t want to sell that gorgeous space altering seeing it photographed professionally. In the end, I sold my condo on time, with multiple offers and above asking. The process was absolutely seamless and I only wish I had more properties for Jennifer to sell.

Our experience with Jennifer was wonderful from start to finish.
