I needed some urgent reorganization/cleaning work done in my 1br apartment in Coquitlam with a 24 hour turnaround. Chander, Rajan, and Kiran were very efficient and within 3 hours they transformed the whole apartment and it's like brand new. They always asked if they had to make a decision about something and they will follow your lead to a tee if you want that, and take control if you want to just sit back while they work.
Small side note: you are billed for "hours of equivalent 1-person effort" not "hours on the clock". Aka paying 3 people working for 1 hour = paying 1 person working for 3 hours. This is standard across the industry but this is advertised in an unclear way so I wanted to reiterate this here.
Again no issues with the work itself which was herculean and very quick and efficient. They even have a good eye for tidying up and rearranging things in a nicer way than you had them before!
Would 100% call them again and I will very soon to get the carpets steamed.

After searching Google and looking at reviews, I booked Zenith Zone to clean the bathrooms and laundry room. Maya co-ordinated the work, and was a pleasure to work with. Maya was great, super accommodating to my questions and concerns and I had no trouble with booking and picking a time.
However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleaners. They didn't entirely finish the cleaning process and I felt that they underestimated the time they needed and as a result, the cleaning wasn't completed.
I was told it would take the three of them an hour or so to clean everything I requested, (Bathrooms, appliances, spot vacuuming, mopping, spot cleaning on walls, cabinets, window sills and balcony floor). I paid the full amount which ended up being a three hour cost.
While I understand that could be the minimum payment needed, I was not pleased with the fact that they didn't even finish all the cleaning within the time they said they could get it done by, nor did they make an effort to discuss prolonging the time even though I paid for three hours. They did not mop, completely ignored the balcony and didn't clean all the way to the top of the windows/cabinets despite it not being very high up. I ended up having to clean the spots they missed after they left.
One of the cleaners also used our toilet right after they had cleaned it. They didn't even ask, just used it as if it were their own home. I totally get if you have to go, and maybe I am overthinking, but to me that was extremely unprofessional.
I will give them credit that they do a good job cleaning the spots they did clean, however, it is unfortunate that they didn't finish the job I paid for.

When we initially discuss a cleaning, we provide an estimate of what may be possible within the booked time, however the final outcome can vary depending on the level of buildup and how long each task ends up taking once the team begins working. Our services are hourly, with a three-hour minimum, which is why that amount was charged.
That said, we always want our clients to feel they received good value and clear communication. I called on Jan 14th to specifically book a ‘move out clean’ on Feb 28. Spoke on the phone with them to explain all the details: square footage, #of bathrooms etc and time the new owner was taking possession. She confirmed 2pm and they would be done by 6pm. Received email confirmations with the same info.
They called me at 1pm on the day of the booking to say there was an incident and to see if it could be moved. It couldn’t be moved, so they said they would find other cleaner(s) and they arrived at 2:55pm (one hour late)
Upon arrival I was called and told that the move out clean would actually take 14 hours (?!) and that we had to adjust our expectations and ‘choose what would be cleaned in 3 hours’.
Didn’t I book a move out clean?
Isn’t it reasonable to expect that the place would be fully cleaned based on our conversation?
Why is it now 14 hours?
It started to feel like we were getting scammed.
I was then gaslit to say that the time constraints they were under were now our fault because it took us 5 minutes to answer the door (even though they were an hour late).
The cleaning cost $420 and we had to return to the unit after they left to do another hour of cleaning. The photo attached was how they left the mudroom.
I requested a 50% refund and the owner didn’t even reply.

Our company operates on an hourly cleaning model with a minimum booking time, and the total time required depends on the size of the home, the areas requested, and the level of cleaning needed once the team arrives. While we always aim to complete as much as possible within the time available, the condition of a property can significantly affect what can reasonably be accomplished.
On the day of the appointment, we also experienced an unexpected incident that affected scheduling. Rather than cancelling the booking, we arranged for another team so the cleaning could still proceed that same afternoon.
As visible in the photo included with the review, the property required substantial cleaning. Our team worked over 8 hours and completed the priority areas that were discussed within the available time. When there are strict time constraints, we always communicate with the client and focus on the most important areas first so that the time is used as effectively as possible.
We would also like to clarify that we did respond to the message regarding a refund after the cleaning and invited specific feedback on anything that may have been missed within the agreed scope so we could review it.
