Cancelled on me same day. Then showed up 2 days later to say that they couldn’t work with the door that needed to be reinstalled. Not professional and wouldnt recommend after spending money unnecessarily.

I believe rescheduled is the word to use instead of cancelled.
The technician did inform you that you had the wrong size door in the space and you weren’t interested in doing it properly.
