Abbiamo prenotato il tour per Cascais Cabo de roca e Sintra…una volta giunti a Sintra e rimasti d’accordo per l’ora di ritorno alle 16,30 al sig. Pedro e’ venuto in mente di anticipare la partenza di un’ora senza averci potuto raggiungere telefonicamente e senza aspettarci in quanto eravamo in un museo…solo dopo che erano partiti siamo riusciti a contattarli e invece di tornare loro volevano che in taxi li raggiungessimo noi a quel punto siamo tornati a Lisbona in direttamente col taxi… inaffidabile pessimo lavoro….nemmeno un piccolo rimborso o scuse per il disguido…le uniche scuse scritte ci sono state fatte dal nostro hotel dove abbiamo prenotato il tour..incredibile

reading your review, we can only say NOTHING IS TRUE and we will prove this by explaining the situation as it really happened, including the call that was made with a Lady who was in your group with whom we spoke.
In your review, you forgot to mention that you did a group tour, in which you went with other clients in the same vehicle. You forgot to say in your review that, curiously, the other two couples arrived at the agreed upon time, that is, an hour earlier. You forgot to mention that we had tickets for the Palace and that these tickets had an entry time or the clients would lose their tickets. You forgot to say that the EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL PEDRO was looking for you and trying to call you for about 30 minutes. You forgot to say that someone from our company's office, by phone, spoke to a lady in your group and ASKED you not to leave the place where you were because our colleague Pedro would contact you. You forgot to say that our colleague called you and that you informed him that you had decided to return to Lisbon by Taxi. In other words, There are many things to mention in your review of our service that we consider regrettable because the problem was solely and exclusively on your part, the other customers returned on time, you had our colleague PEDRO waiting for you for 30 minutes, you had a company trying to find you and that spoke to you on the phone, and... you write this??!!... do you think it's fair?... do you think it's correct?!... you are wrong. But, after reading your other reviews on Google, the reviews are public, anyone who does so will realize that you really have a very "special" attitude, for you, the whole world is bad, only you are good. Look at what you wrote, do you think it's real? Do you think PEDRO deserves this when you were the one who was wrong and the other customers arrived on time? Do you think a company that works and makes an effort deserves this lie that you are writing?... you know, the world is good, people are good, and the future brings solutions. Don't be mean, look at what you write in your reviews, reflect on it, and change your attitude, we did everything to support you when you were the one who made a mistake, YOU WERE AN HOUR LATE, THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE ON TIME, OUR COLLEAGUE AND THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE WAITING FOR YOU, and you still write this??!!... I wish you happiness if you ever get it doing what you do and writing what you write, not only with us but in all the reviews you have... it's incredible. Look, the world is fabulous, be happy.
