Susan was incredible, she helped my wife and I prepare our wills. She did an excellent job, both talking us through the process for actually doing the will, as well as guiding us through the substantive documentation and drafting / mechanics of the will itself. For example, she talk us through the beneficiary waterfall with significant detail. We were also able to speak to her in plain English and work with her so the document was drafted to our liking from a legal perspective. The process was fairly efficient and only required a couple calls and a couple back-and-forth drafts to get the details right. Would definitely work with her again.
