We had such a great experience working with Ayla for both selling our condo and finding our new home!
When it came to selling, the market was pretty tough, and other units in our building were taking a big hit by selling significantly under asking. Thanks to Ayla’s smart strategy, we managed to avoid that trend and closed right near our purchase price while other units took a much bigger hit.
Throughout the whole process, she was such a helpful advisor. She never pressured us into any decisions; instead, she always gave us the data and insights we needed to feel confident and informed.
On the buying side, finding a home within our budget that met our expectations, especially with green space being so hard to come by, took a lot of patience.
