Ryli helped me and my Fiancé buy our first home together! She was prompt, kind, honest, and flexible! We originally requested a tour on Zillow of a house for fun, and Ryli met us at the home and gave us all of the information around first home buying and information around her team and company. Going into this process, we had almost no knowledge about the home buying process, and we had a LOT of questions. At no point did we feel pressured, rushed, or belittled about our beginner mindset. Ryli’s approach really helped us feel ready to buy a home. She set up tours across the twin cities so fast and was available literally any time to answer our questions, over text, email, and on the phone. She set up multiple tours in one day a few times for us, which was so helpful with our work schedules, and was so flexible to meet us on weekends and evenings. Once we found the right home, it was clear she had our best interests in mind when negotiating and making big decisions. She explained everything so well and really took the anxiety and fear out of home buying for us. (Seriously, I found myself thinking “why do people get so stressed out when buying a home? It’s not that hard.”) Through the closing process, Ryli offered us a ton of resources for every piece of the puzzle; inspection, financing, warranty, title details, home owners insurance, contractors (for pre AND post close needs), everything! We didn’t have to go on the hunt for a single thing, which was so helpful! During the negotiation process, Ryli was persistent and invested in helping us get the most out of our budget. Our closing process hit a few bumps due to the seller, and Ryli managed the situations very professionally. She openly communicated with us and clearly walked us through what next steps would look like, and she ended up getting us closed way quicker than we expected given the circumstances! Everything worked out so perfectly, and we couldn’t be more thankful to Ryli for helping us find our perfect first home. I would recommend Ryli to ANYONE looking to buy a home and is scared, confused, and nervous about the process. Plus, she’s so nice and personable, and I felt like a friend and not just a client, which is such a great feeling when moving through such a big life event like this.

Allie and her team are amazing! She helped my wife and I buy our first house a few years ago. Now fast forward and family falls ill and has to be moved to assisted living. This never happens at a good time and things need to be done quickly for financial reasons. I need help and Allie is my first call. Like the all star that she is she sprang into action and got the house listed and sold within a week. Helping with contacts for house cleaning and answering questions with care and compassion.
