This venue is truly a hidden gem and I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else!!! They are the best of the best!!!! The grounds are stunning, the getting ready space is beautiful, the food and drinks were AMAZING, but really the people that work here are what makes this place so special and they are all above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped for. Sarah is the maître D. And she was by my side from our first tour of the venue to the end of our wedding night! She is incredible. She is so good at what she does, she is extremely organized and kind and always answered my million questions so quickly and thoroughly! Cassidy is the bridal attendant and she is truly amazing, I didn’t have to lift a finger my entire wedding day. From helping with my dress, making sure I was fed and hydrated, helping with bathroom visits in my large dress lol, taking care of our friends and family at dinner, sending me photos the next day, and more, she helped to make our wedding day seamless and unforgettable. I am so so grateful to the entire team because this venue made all my wedding dreams come true!!!!! My guests are still raving about the cocktail hour, the dinner, the space, everything! There was never a line for a drink, the bartenders were efficient and amazing!!!! Don’t look any further than here for your dream wedding venue!

Very large venue with classic old time feel. Not a venue for anyone with a disability. The place is too large for one with a disability to trek around at. The staff were very professional and accommodating for the entire group. There are many areas with steps that people need assistance with if you have any difficulties climbing stairs.

A classic and timeless venue with so much charm. The staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference on a wedding day. It’s consistently a wonderful experience, and we always enjoy being here. Looking forward to many more events together!

This is the best hidden gem on Long Island for a wedding. What are the things you look for in a wedding venue? You want it to look pretty, hold the number of guests you want attending comfortably, the food to be B+ or better, a helpful staff, and a price that you won't need a second mortgage for. The Mansion at Woodside checked every box for us. The grounds & the newly renovated ballroom are gorgeous. There was more than enough space in the ballroom for our 155+ guests (and a photo booth, 2 bars and a 7-piece band) as well as in the surrounding rooms outside of the ballroom, which was perfect for getting a change of scenery and letting the elderly guests take a break from the loud music. The food... it's been a month and we're still getting compliments about the cocktail hour's food (which was enough to feed a medium sized Army) and the dinner itself. Usually, the food at these places is decent, but everything (filet mignon, chicken, and salmon) was 5 out of 5 delicious. MOST IMPORTANTLY the staff was as good as they come. We worked with Sarah, the wedding coordinator, from the beginning, and she was a joy to work with. She was always available even on her off days via text as the wedding approached, somehow balanced the couple and the parents all bugging her each week, and put on an amazing wedding for us. The manager, Tom, had everything organized exactly the way we wanted it, all the way down to the details of what time the fire pit would be turned on. The bridal attendant, Cassidy, blew away our expectations on the wedding day. She was an energizer bunny who was helping both the bride and groom with everything from getting another drink, to fixing a tuxedo button that popped off, to getting us extra food when pictures were running over time, and even taking short videos on her own iPhone (without us even knowing) so we woke up the next day to a wedding recap Instagram reel that most videographers would charge an arm and a leg for... there was nothing she didn't go out of her way for to make our day seamless. Sarah, Tom and Cassidy were incredible, thank you again!

My wife and I just got married at the Mansion at Woodside this past weekend and we cannot express how happy we were with everything.
Sarah and Tom we’re an absolute pleasure to work with. They never were your typical “sellers”, instead they felt like actual family through the entire process. They were beyond accommodating and easy going. From the touring of the venue, to the tasting for the wedding to just random phone calls for questions we had they were supportive and helpful. The food, the venue and the vibes were truly a 10/10. The ballroom is brand new as well.
If you are looking to get married on Long Island I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Sarah and Tom. They will make your dream wedding come to life. You won’t regret working with them!

5 out of 5 stars – A Perfect Wedding Day!
We recently had our wedding at this venue on August 9th, 2025, and we truly couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations!
First, a huge shoutout to Sarah, our main coordinator, who was with us every step of the way. She answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) with patience, professionalism, and kindness. She made the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. She was one of the reasons we chose the Mansion at Woodside and were so glad we did.
On the day of the wedding, Cassidy, our bridal assistant, was an absolute dream. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept us calm, and was somehow always one step ahead of us. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her!
The outdoor ceremony space was breathtaking. Weather is always a wildcard, but we lucked out with a perfect day, and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful. It was straight out of a fairytale.
And the food—wow. Coming from a big Italian family, food was a big deal for us, and let me tell you, everyone was raving. It was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.
Cocktail hour was the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor, giving our guests the best of both worlds. Everyone loved the flow, the vibe, and of course, the drinks and hors d’oeuvres!
The ballroom reception was absolutely spectacular. The chandelier in the center added such an elegant touch, and the entire space felt so warm, inviting, and grand. It was truly breathtaking.
All of the venue's preferred vendors were top-notch, especially Barattini Productions, who had our dance floor packed the entire night. They truly brought the party and kept the energy high from start to finish. We also used Flowers by Brian and all our guests were stunned at how beautiful the flowers were. Our cake Dortoni was delicious with multiple guests saying it was the best wedding cake they ever had.
We couldn’t be more happy with our choice of The Mansion at Woodside.

We had our wedding in June 2023 at the Mansion at Woodside. We toured almost a dozen different venues before making our final choice, but we knew after seeing the mansion that this was the one. Sarah was a huge reason in choosing the mansion for our big day. She wasn't pushy at all and it didn't feel like she was trying to sell us something. Honestly, her pleasant attitude and the atmosphere of the mansion itself is what sold us. Sarah was very easy to work with all throughout the planning process, even with the abundance of random questions I had for her. Our actual wedding day went very smoothly thanks to the staff and most importantly (for me), the bridal attendant who was so great and helpful the entire day. All of our guests have mentioned how much food there was and how good it was. The grounds are beautiful and made for a great background in all of our photos. It was a wonderful feeling having the mansion to ourselves the entire day and Sarah and the team really made us feel like it was our home for the day. I would highly recommend having your wedding here, you really won't regret anything.

Fabulous venue with lots of outdoor space. Went to a wedding there. It had special touches such as a full length mirror with a greeting written on it including the words, "You guys look great." as guests entered, napkins with numbered facts about the couple. I don't know how much of it is the venue or privately done like the quartet at the cocktail hour and the 12 piece band. The cocktail hour included lamb chops. The menu choices included filet mignon, rack of lamb and salmon.
