When they say "Perfect Wedding", they mean it. Marta and her team set the standard for how wedding vendors operate and communicate with their clients. They remained polite and professional, and most importantly, super helpful throughout the entire process.
Our ceremony, which took place in Central Park, went off without a hitch. Perfect Wedding NYC was setting up the venue well before we had arrived, including our custom flower arches. Marta and her team were direct with how the ceremony would proceed while maintaining a joyful atmosphere. The officiant double- and triple-checked how to pronounce names, which is greatly appreciated.
The photos afterwards (and beforehand) were perhaps the cherry on top. The team was gentle yet direct about how my bride and I should pose, with plenty of compliments and improvisation to include on the spot ideas.
I can only imagine the number of wedding vendors in a place like NYC, but I cannot recommend Perfect Weddings NYC enough. They are passionate about their work and it certainly shows with their level of effort and care. Absolutely give them a look, at the very least, but you would do absolutely no wrong in hiring them right away.

From the beginning of the process we have felt in safe hands with one of the most important days of our lives! We even hit a bump in the road as our flight to New York was cancelled and we had to re book our holiday Maria assured us we were okay and we were able to have the exact same wedding we dreamed of.
We were married in Central Park and then had our pictures around New York and both felt a million dollars with the direction and support given throughout the process.

I will praise and recommend Perfect Wedding NYC time and time again! They are professionals through and through; their artistry in photography, hair, makeup, decor, and all of the upgrades (like the violinist and Christ-centered bilingual officiant, as per our request).. I cannot rave enough.
To top it all off? They worked miraculously by being able to shift from the original date in June 2026 to December 2025 out of mine and my now husband's desire to be married.

10 out of 10! No matter how big or small, weddings are stressful. I got married Aug 2025 and the Perfect Wedding team absolutely made everything seamless and PERFECT! We got the “all inclusive wedding package” which made everything so much simpler. Initially we wanted a 10 person ceremony that quickly spiraled to 70 people and Maria said “okay!”. Eugeniia did my sisters, my moms and my makeup and she was FABULOUS! Everything was punctual and well coordinated. The photos are beautiful, now we’re just waiting for the video and I’m so excited to see it! Amazing team! Could not recommend them enough!
Overall, they truly made our wedding day incredible and we still think fondly of how amazing they were. They are genuinely kind people and clearly care about what they do.
That said, I wish there had been more transparency around the timeline for receiving our wedding video. Following up felt uncomfortable and being told “you’ll get it when you get it” didn’t sit well with me.
I was also disappointed with the makeup longevity. I mentioned at the start that I sweat easily and was worried about the July heat, but my makeup began melting almost immediately once I went outside. In hindsight, I should have spoken up more, but a light setting spray wasn’t enough for the conditions The team on-site did their best to keep it under control and the photos were still amazing but I didn't feel as beautiful as I should have.
Even with these points, I would still choose them again. They played a big role in making our wedding the best day and we remain so grateful for the experience.

We understand that waiting can feel uncertain at times; however, we only provide a concrete estimate once we have sufficient visibility in the editing queue. Throughout the process, our communication was transparent and professional — acknowledging your eagerness, thanking you for your patience, and confirming that the film was progressing with care. We were also very touched by your follow-up email after delivery, sharing that the video was exactly what you hoped for and worth the wait. That message meant a great deal to our team.
Regarding makeup longevity, outdoor ceremonies in New York City during peak July heat are uniquely challenging. High temperatures, humidity, perspiration, and friction — including from eyewear wear and movement — can significantly affect how makeup wears, even with professional products and proper prep. We appreciate you noting that the photos still came out beautifully. At the same time, we’re sorry you didn’t feel as comfortable and confident as you wanted in that moment. While we always aim for the best possible result, summer outdoor conditions can place real limitations on longevity that are unfortunately beyond anyone’s full control.

From the moment we enquired and the initial consultation, the team were incredibly helpful in providing us everything we wanted for our special day. They listened intently, were super organised and did not miss out a single detail. We chose the All Inclusive Package which was very reasonably priced and included all those little touches you need and meant we didn't have to stress about anything - we literally just had to turn up! We are locals here in NYC and we wanted to have wedding at Central Park. First we had different location in our mind but they explained why that location is not fit for our needs and recommended other locations. It was such a good choice!!! We had our private area where all of us can gather and had intimate ceremony. After all, we were able to take pictures at the original location where we wanted. Communication with them were effortless, before, on the day and continues nowadays. Too bad we can’t use them for us in the future (unless we renew our vows!) but we highly recommend perfect wedding nyc for everyone else who want to experience Central Park wedding!!! The team on the day of wedding were so nice!!! Hair/makeup lady to start with, she understood what I wanted and so kind. Ceremony team made beautiful decor. My husband and I adored having Marta as our photographer. We did a City Hall ceremony in Manhattan and booked two hours of photos with Perfect Wedding NYC. Marta took beautiful portraits of us before, during, and after our ceremony at City Hall, followed by wonderful photos taken at Brooklyn Bridge Park and on the bridge.
There are a huge number of photographers in NYC, but *far* fewer who are extremely experienced in photographing couples—and unless you and your partner are working models who are 100% comfortable in front of the camera, it is far better to hire a photographer who primarily works with couples.
Marta knew exactly how to pose us, what directions to tell us, and where to go. (Plus, she is super familiar with the actual process itself at City Hall—something we obviously hadn't done before!) I don't mind being photographed but my partner really doesn't love it, yet she made him laugh and feel at-ease so you'd never be able to tell he doesn't like getting his picture taken! We also received our photos in just eight days, which was SO wonderful and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, PWNYC!

My husband and I found perfect wedding NYC when we simply googled steps to take to elope in NYC and to our luck their website popped up. We originally booked the All-Inclusive Ceremony Package. From there we booked The lofts at Prince as it is a venue Perfect Wedding NYC works with often and was listed on their site.
We booked Marta one of the owners and photographers and absolutely loved her personality and photos. Due to that we extended the photography and videography from pre wedding photos and throughout the wedding.
We also added flower bouquets for my 2 MOHs and boutineers for my father and my husband's Best Man. Along with that we got flowers added for the center pieces for the reception tables. Along with that they also had an option of candle rentals. It was just beyond beautiful. The floral back drop was included in the package for the ceremony however they were able to add in some extra flowers that were in my bouquet so it blended beautifully.
Every team member they had from makeup to hair, officiant to cello player. Fantastic, they really make sure you get the best.
It was super helpful that Perfect Wedding NYC and claudia the event space manager has worked together before. Everything was so smooth and it was so nice only having to work with their team and then only the caterer and DJ was my extra tasks.
It made Wedding planning so easy and allowed both my husband and I to put in more personal touches to our wedding for our quests with the time they were able to help us save.
We just got our wedding photos back and we are so in love. Marta and Vlad made us feel like movie stars the whole day and cannot wait to see the videos.
I have a pretty large family so I knew the group photos may not be perfect but when you tell Marta your vision she really hears you. My grandparents are going to be so happy to see how great these turned out. She is great at making sure you get you want. I am an over sharer but for these photos I am glad I am. Thank you so much! My dad never smiled so much.
If the dates work book it, you cannot go wrong. A one stop shop and super affordable.
