Very quick delivery, had exactly what I wanted and overall a great business to purchase from.
Highly recommend and will buy from Pipers again
Pipers are amazing. I needed a bass guitar fixed urgently as we were on tour and had a gig that night.. The team understood our situation, prioritized us and got the issue fixed on the spot plus a few more things they found. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service and dedication to the music community. Mark, Tour Manager, Pash Music.

Thanks for your review, Joshua! Wish we could ship those Dean ML cases cheaper, unfortunately since they’re big, heavy boxes, we’re at the mercy of the couriers with their pricing, especially when shipping interstate! Our freight calculator at checkout automatically picks the cheapest available option for you between multiple couriers, so rest assured you’re always getting the best shipping rate that’s available to us.
Glad your case arrived safely and hope it’s keeping your axe even safer 🎸

Thank you for the 5-star review, Anika! Great to hear you had a good experience with us 🙂
Main point is 5 stars for Flynn for recommending the guitar I ended up buying! I've never bought a lower end guitar brand new, He listened to what I needed and showed me the Bromo Baa2ce and let me play it. Sounded good. He also picked up that I mostly play electric guitars , specifically the Ibanez RG series, and brought an acoustic ibanez with the classic electric headstock for me to try! The guitar looked great, felt great to play, but the sound wasn't there for what I need the guitar for. I've bought many guitar's over 32 years, almost exclusively from a guitar shop in Sydney that I won't name. I've been playing this Bromo for hours, got home and changed the tuning to flats and it just sounds great, plays great and I'm really happy with it. Next time I spend serious money on a guitar I will certainly be going to Pipers 1st to see if they can get what I need. Great range of instruments. Very impressed. Thanks Flynn. For $350.00 I'm thoroughly impressed.
