I have to admit they do decent dental work. It is very annoying that you never have the same hygienist. However, their accounting department is absolutely terrible. They estimate how much your insurance will pay for a procedure and then make you pay the difference before the procedure. They underestimate the insurance payment every time. Thus, you wind up with a positive balance. They NEVER tell you that you have a positive balance with them. And then when you do tell them that you want your money back, it takes months and they do it electronically. You have to deal with an electronic debit card. It took over 7 months and repeated phone calls to get an email with the debit card information. If it had been the reverse situation they would have sent us to collections. We have transferred to another dentist and are much happier.

Ive submitted my 5 star review in the past, and scream from the rooftops how amazing this dental practice is. As an adult who has previously neglected my oral hygiene (hadn’t seen a dentist in over a decade) last year I went thru 8 or so appointments to get the work done I needed. No one shamed me about my teeth, and they make it so comforting. I will however give feedback, that I get the automated text to leave a review after each visit, I would recommend to whoever controls your automation and systems, to implement a survey system instead!

They told me they accepted my delta dental from spirit/Boeing I told them it was PPO. Sent photos even! We made an appointment for a week later, I showed up to get tooth that was aching fixed and they said they ran my insurance and they don't accept PPO from delta only premier. So I went a whole week waiting on these people's incompetence and wasted my fuel and time for nothing. I CANT RECOMMEND! If they are this reckless with a new patient how much would it have cost me in the future to use thier services guess I dodged a bullet here.

They were kind, compassionate, and genuinely understood my concerns. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. Such an amazing team, each time I come in every one is truly the BEST. I’m the kind to be so so scared of going to get my teeth done, the dr was so great I didn’t feel the numbing shot nurse recommended the numbing gel and that help, along with the comfortable environment and professional skills I’d say definitely recommend coming here!!

I was very happy with the visit. I had a tooth extracted and a crown repaired. Jack, assuming he was the dental assistant, was great. He explained everything they were doing. Kept me updated. The dentist was very competent. The shots for the deadening medicine were probably the least painful I've ever had.

First off, I'd rather kick a hornet's nest than go to the dentist. That being said, the lesser of all evils seems to be Wichita family dental. The people there couldn't be nicer and they make and otherwise horrid event somewhat less so. All the people are nice and my hygienist in particular was a real sweetheart. On a personal note I recommend getting the gas. Even if you're not at the dentist I still recommend getting the gas 😀
