I just want to thank the Dentist and clinic for getting me in and fixing my broken tooth, when I called and I wasn't even a patient but they made me feel like I was there long time patient, they made me feel important and cared for me as a person. This team did an exceptional job with an individual whom has high anxiety while visiting the dentist and accommodated him well. I originally gave this business a one star review. After visiting other dentistrys they clarified some misunderstandings and I figured out through them that the bridge I got was a cemented implant-supported bridge. I thought it was without implants so my apologies about the one star but still... no one reached out to me to discuss my concerns. 🙏

I came into the office with very high dental anxiety and anxiety in general. I was QUICKLY put at rest, and ease by my assistant and Dr. Pierson. I am 48 years old, and have a scary history of having anxiety attacks which raise my blood pressure too high to perform any work. This did not happen in Dr. Pierson’s office. Once my procedure was done, during my rehab time I was highly anxious about the healing. They received me almost same day, just to check things out and ease my mind. Wow! I have counted my dental visits, after 38 visits to the dentist I am no longer fearful or anxious. I am so grateful, beyond thankful and appreciative for the kindness and proficiency. I would highly recommend this office, great folks!

Great experience! They got in me quickly and Dr. B was able to do a root canal. I had zero pain during the procedure and I have not felt any pain after since the procedure. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me that it would all go well and it did! Very happy with their services

Dr.B and Jess were amazing! I was so nervous and anxious about the tooth extraction and they completely calmed my nerves. I didn’t even realize he had taken the tooth out until he told me. 10/10 :)

Best place in Wichita! Hands down. If you are going somewhere else you are making a poor mistake. Seriously! Jamie took care of me during my emergency extraction. They got right on it. I didnt feel any pain. All the doctors and the anesthetic people did an amazing job. They not only fixed my problem they also set me up with a plan to get my teeth right where they need to be! Thanks Wichita Family Dental!!

Had a very poor experience. Went in for an emergency situation. Paid the 300$ for X-rays. They said they would send them to us that night or in the morning because of the emergency situation. Called back to make sure they could send the X-rays that night or in the morning. They said the morning. Called back in the morning they said it would be 2 weeks now. Very unprofessional. We definitely feel like they weren’t honest with us. Took the 300$ and knew they weren’t going to send us the X-rays for 2 weeks that doesn’t help in an emergency situation.

I was searching for emergency help after Dental Corner told me they couldn’t remove my tooth after they butchered my extraction! I was in so much pain and afraid of going anywhere else, being told I still had roots left..found these beautiful apple who got me in QUICKLY! Explained my anxiety and hardship, Dr Pierson was compassionate and professional.. his assistant was amazing and caring as well! A bit pricey BUT I’ll pay for QUALITY COMPASSIONATE CARE.. any-day!! Thanks guys

I’m a very anxious patient and Dr. Pierson was not only quick and efficient but very calming. Not to mention Genevieve at the front desk was an incredibly welcoming presence and Jess, my dental assistant for the day, was awesome; crazy good bedside manner. I’m not the easiest for dental appointments but this was by far the quickest and least scary trip of my adult life.

I am so upset with these people. The way I was treated for the amount of money I gave them is ridiculous. I first went to them because they said they would do everything in house. Secondly I was up front about any health problems that I may have. Thirdly I went to three appointments with them and not one word did they say about me possibly having to go to anyone else for anything, during these appointments I was getting fitted for my dentures and had paid $5,500 cash. 3 days before my appointment for my tooth extractions I get a call saying that I need to go to an oral surgeon to have my extractions done due to the health concerns. So now they're telling me that I need to go to somewhere that's going to cost me more money after three appointments and all my payments were made they want to get me this news when all the while they know about my health issues. They waited until they had what money they wanted from me. I kept my last appointment with them for today that was supposed to be for my tooth extractions to begin with but they had me in to give me my dentures. While I was there all that happened was I sat in the lobby and then one of the receptionist upfront with my dentures in it and says here you go let us know if you have any issues. And that was it, they did not give me any referrals for an oral surgeon at all nor did they tell me anything about how to take care of the dentures or anything. All they cared about was getting their money and then shrugging me off. Very very poor customer service and business ethics. Now I have a set of 5,500 dentures that I can't even wear because I can't get my teeth extraction done without paying way more than what I was quoted by them to have the work done.
