I was in so much pain, up all night. Drove an hour, and they got me in same day! Elizabeth was fantastic, she helped keep me calm and make the appointment go so smoothly. The doctors all explained all of the options and answered any questions! They did amazing! Thank you so much!

I have been going to this place for I want to say a decade now and they've finally lost me as a patient because of a new indiscriminate and inflexible scheduling policy. Beware, if you try to schedule a cleaning they will take a $35 deposit that goes as a "credit" in your account and you have to cancel or reschedule 2 days in advance if you don't want to lose it. Now, I don't necessarily have a problem with that except 1. this is an indiscriminate policy. I have never once no-showed or been late to an appointment and always called in advance when needing to reschedule. yet here's a collective punishment regardless of your behavior (thanks for being a loyal and respectful patient all these years! let me punish you for what others do anyway!). 2. I asked what if I wake up on the day of the appointment with a fever/flu. Apparently it's a straight forward policy and I will still lose my deposit, even if i call to let them know. They'd rather me come in feeling terrible and spread it to their staff! Thanks Wichita Family Dental! I'm off to find some other practice that's more considerate of their patients! I'm sure they don't care anyway.
P.S. I remember years ago they used to give muffins and cookies to patients after checking out. Slightly odd thing to give at a dental clinic lol but they were delicious and I didn't complain! Ah, the good old days, when I felt appreciated as a patient!

I've always had the best care at Wichita Family Dental. Everyone there is so friendly. My last visit I had a crown and a filling on another tooth all completed in one visit. I actually look forward to going to the dentist, now that I know they do everything to make you comfortable and no pain!! I highly recommend this dental facility.

Came in with a horrible toothache I called at 2:30 they were able to get me in by 3:20 basically without the appointment, pain was so horrible I was not able to eat or anything so they are genuinely life savers. Ended up doing 2 root canals explained me everything in detail and helped with pricing options as well. Really good people themselves and amazing professionals. Thank you for helping me and staying late in the clinic for me. I really appreciate you all💗🫶🏼

My dental hygienist, Seneke, was fantastic. I have TMJ and terrible anxiety and she met me where I was and kept me involved throughout the whole cleaning. I was so comfortable and couldn’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend getting your teeth cleaned by Logan! I had a few hiccups in the past here, but my most recent one with Logan and Dr. Belcher turned my overall experience here very positive! They are extremely thorough and takes the time to make sure I was well taken care of and that I understood my treatment plan.
Ashley from the billing department is also super patient and helpful. I will be back!

I just want to thank the Dentist and clinic for getting me in and fixing my broken tooth, when I called and I wasn't even a patient but they made me feel like I was there long time patient, they made me feel important and cared for me as a person. I will be continuing to see these Dentist in this clinic.

I was supposed to get a refund check for my overpayment! And have yet to get it. Why do I have to call and call and call? Well, I don’t now I file an investigation!
I originally gave this business a one star review. After visiting other dentistrys they clarified some misunderstandings and I figured out through them that the bridge I got was a cemented implant-supported bridge. I thought it was without implants so my apologies about the one star but still... no one reached out to me to discuss my concerns. 🙏
