I haven't had the pleasure of going to their physical location, but ordering online from up in Newcastle has been a dream and far more than what I was expecting as an Ecommerce customer. From start to finish, their communications were clear and their Customer Service was A* I'll definitely be shopping with them again, and I highly recommend you (the reader) take my advice and do the same!

Honestly I couldn’t fault them at all. What a great company! Customer service went above and beyond, they were so friendly and to say I’m happy with my wheels is an understatement. The tyres I originally ordered with the wheels were out of stock, so Wheelmania let me know via email and upgraded me to a better set of tyres for free! They look so good. Thankyou!

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Wheelmania Birmingham. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team were really friendly, helpful and clearly know their stuff. They took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I was happy before carrying out the work. The quality of the work is spot on and my wheels look fantastic. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and the turnaround time was great too . Also have to give a special mention to Janine, who is brilliant and even makes a mean cup of coffee while you’re waiting! If you’re thinking of getting your wheels refurbished, I’d highly recommend Wheelmania Birmingham. Top service, great workmanship and a really professional team. ⭐

They even loaned me a spare wheel so I could still take my car to them above and beyond service. Ive recently brought a new VW Transporter and was already built. I didn't like the wheels as it gave the van an electric look. I was recommended Wheelmania by my Son who is a main dealer machinic. So I went on their web site and selected the make and model and found a broad selection of wheels I could use to replace. The original wheels I wanted to replace were a 19" rim and i wanted to reuse the Tyres. I sent an enquiry and with in minutes WM sent me an email requesting the reg of the new van. So I responded and they confirmed that the wheel I had chosen would be fine for the van and the reuse of the Tyres. I brought them and in two days they were dispatched safe and sound to my house. My son fitted and I'm very happy with the new look van. Thanks to Jordan and his team for a very smooth sales experience.
